What could we do to improve?

Technician was unable to make it to my home in the timeframe quoted so I wasted a whole day of sitting home and had to reschedule. I rescheduled and then they missed the timeframe again on the second try! If you know your technicians are running behind be courteous enough to call the customer to see if they would like to wait or reschedule!,

Your product was not able to remove some of the traffic stain in the house. It did remove doggie dander smell. The men who pulled the service call were wonderful. Thank you.

I do think the cleaning charges for a sofa & love seat are ridiculous (so I didn't have thosedoneas planned).
The carpeting turned out gr8 & the technician was very knowledgable & nice.

The associates I met were very nice, well informed and dedicated to making me a happy customer. Even though my carpet had some stubborn spots, they worked at it until the carpet was clean and I was satisfied. Thanks!

Cody, who shampooed our carpets was very nice and helpful. I think he did a very good job and gave me some helpful information. I will use Zerorez again.
