Justin W was efficient friendly and the carpet was cleaned just as advertised. Only one complaint--Why was the "special" WRR price $119 for 3 rooms and the price I got $99 + a free room? That does not sound fair to WRR listeners! I do thank you for your support of WRR but don't charge us more than other customers!

You were referred to us because a relative of ours was very happy with how thoroughly you removed pet odor from her carpets. For us, however, the cleaning seems to have actually spread the areas of urine odor instead of removing them. I would be open to having those areas spot-cleaned again.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!

I felt the tech was required to "sell" extra services, items. I finally agreed to purchase spot cleaner, just to be done. All I wanted was to have 3 rooms cleaned for $89 on the Jody Deen special (KLTY) PLUS receive the $100 gift card for Fuller Jewelry. As it turned out, my total expense was $145.04 and guess what? I cannot download, or find, any way to obtain the gift card. Bummer.......it really shouldn't be that much trouble for the customer.
I would like to say our tech was very polite, and did a good job. But I'll not have your company return in the future.

I've worked with four different employees from your company. They were all outstanding but one and he was young and not trained well. The last gentleman was excellent in the service and care he provided while cleaning my carpets.

Carpet had to be completely recleaned. The first tech missed allot of small spots and didn't pay attention to detail. He didn't close doors to clean behind them, etc. After the reclean things looked much better, but it was an inconvenience to have to have it completely redone.

I have been using Zerozez for awhile and realize my carpets are worn but am disappointed that my carpets were so wet. Haven't had that happen before. Will use your company again to see but was disappointed this time.
