Good people and they are well schooled and trained. We're happy!.
Carpet is clean and does not smell of chemicals. Technicians were polite and respectful of property.
Floor has white residue and footprints visible. Floor tile are dull. My daughter recommended you and her floors look great. Her service guy scrub every inch of the grout with a brush. I expected that same service but did not get the grout scrubbed except in a few places. Service guys ere very polite but I do not want them back to fix this. I want the young man who serviced my daughter's home. Also the grout sealant was included in her price whereas we were quoted nearly $300 more after the cleaning. I do not want to get the two nice young men who serviced our house in trouble, but would like to have the same level of service as reported to me by my daughter. The more I sat here looking at my tile, the more I wanted it done right.

It appears that all the stains came out of my carpet. It was just cleaned yesterday, so it may be too early to tell but I am very satisfied with the initial appearance. Also, Joe and Mike were very polite and professional. I am highly satisfied!

Your technician, D.C., performed a fabulous job on all of our wall-to-wall carpet, 6 large Oriental area rugs, Oriental runners and we couldn't have asked for better results. He was efficient, very careful, totallt dedicated and knew his business like no other. We are truly impressed and totally satisfied. Zerorez will be the only carpet cleaning company we will ever use henceforth. What an unbelievable and professional job! Our carpet and area rugs look brand new!!

the method you use to clean is better then others, easy to schedue an appt.
It worked just like they advertised on the radio (98.) Made my carpet look almost new again and work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and dry in less than 2 hours.

Your technician, D.C., did an excellent job on Dec. 28, 2013. It cost about twice as much as your advertised rate, but it was worth it. The carpets had not been cleaned in quite awhile. We have a lot of old pet stains. (We have not had pets for about 5 years now.) I was somewhat taken aback when D.C. first arrived. He took a look at the condition of the rugs and gave me an estimate which included pre-treating all of the stains. As it was well over $200, my first reaction was to call another company to get a 2nd estimate. We had used Stanley Steamer in the past. However, I had set aside this time for cleaning and I didn't want to postpone it any longer. Usually, two people came, one to clean with the hose and the other to lift and put back furniture. D.C and I removed some of the chairs, etc. to the kitchen and bathrooms, but he replaced everything using the styrofoam blocks he had brought. I was truly astonished when he was finished. I have never seen the rugs looking so good in many years! Really, it was far beyond my expectations. D.C. has a "can do" attitude and I feel he is someone you can trust.
My only suggestion is to qualify customers ahead of time by asking about stains and/or the overall condition of the rugs. I think you should say that it may cost more to treat very old and badly stained rugs. I'm glad to say it was worth what it cost (nearly $400), and certainly cheaper than buying new carpeting!!

Our overall experience with Zerorez was excellent. From the first call for information to the end result on the cleaning of our carpet. Rickey was very helpful, friendly and took the time to do a awesome job cleaning our carpet.
