Your customer service is without doubt the best I have ever experienced with any company regardless of the industry. I was not totally satisfied with the results of the first cleaning, but you made it right. I'm quite happy with the results of the second cleaning.
The quality of work was better than previous cleanings. He worked hard to get it right.
We were very pleased with the work Luke did on our carpet. Our old carpet was in very poor condition and had not been cleaned in at least 8 yrs. I watched as Luke cleaned one of our rooms at least 6 times over. Not only is he a very hard worker, but he was very nice to deal with. The cost we spent on cleaning our carpet was more than worth it. Thank you Luke and thank you Zerorez!

Greetings, As you are aware from our last communication; we were not pleased with the initial cleaning of our carpets and requested a "re-do" which was exemplary. Before our first appointment I recommended the service to our son who ALSO had to request a re-do. Just like with us the re-do was done to the standard we expected the FIRST time. Is this a pattern with zerorez? If it is necessary to get carpets cleanted twice; IMHO there is a quality control challenge. Do you have statistics on the percentage of re-do cleanings you get? Until I am confident carpets can be cleaned right the first time I hesitate to recommend your service. I totally understand that the older the carpet is, the more difficult it is to clean; however your commercials say you can make old carpets look new again. My carpets are older than my son's whose are only 2 years old. Neither of us have small children.

This is our 3rd time to use you guys over the past several years. I like that you guys are concerned about Quality and this is the first time you have had to come back to fix an issue but it wasn't done to perfection the first time, so you took care of it the 2nd time!
I was disappointed in some areas that did not clean up as well as I felt they should have. I was really disappointed in the grout on my kitchen tile. Was not worth the extra 99.00!!

Friendly staff, carpet looked good and clean.
Same as all the other carpet cleaners... When you advertise 3 room for $99, get one free... you don't expect to walk away with a bill for $280!! Just include the deoderizing up front so people know what they will actually have to pay. It's kind of a "bait-and-switch" tactic that doesn't leave a very good feeling.
Service was very good - and the products certainly seem to do what they are supposed to do. My carpets look great. Thank you.

Very Professional worked quickly to complete the job. Great job looks like new. My carpets are 20 years old and Ron (your representative) could not believe the condition of my carpet. It cleaned up great in the areas that needed it.

Very professional
cleaning was great. I paid extra to have it pet proofed, was told the pets would not go on it because they didnt like the smell. The very next day one of my pets peed on it, so I guess that part really doesnt work. I am back to having to keep all my doors closed to prevent pets from going on it. That was disappointing as it was a very expensive ordeal for three rooms and a hall. The service people were wonderful, courteous, clean attired, and on time. They did the cleaning part great.

The $10 gas charge per visit is outrageous. You are taking a tax deduction (as a normal business expense) for your gas expense and then charge us for the privilege. Looks like a good part of your profit margin might be the gas tag-on. That would suggest you are as much in the gas business as the cleaning business. I’m thinking you learned this trick from Avis and Hertz. Try being a bit more honest about what you are up to. Also, there was no mention of the gas tag-on charge when I scheduled the visit even though I asked for details on visit charges. Are you are trying to hide this? If so very bad form!!
How many trucks do you have out on an average day in the DFW area and how many stops average per truck? In a 12 month period that looks like a substantial amount of $...and a tax deduction on top of that. Shame! JP
Great service and great results without using chemicals.
I liked that they were on time, courteous, and done quickly. We are disappointed in the carpet now that it has dried. There are darks spots in our living room and bedroom that were not there before. It appears to us that it is where the machine stopped in a motion and left an area of dirty water. I plan to redo those areas with my own carpet cleaning machine before we entertain for Christmas/New Year. My cleaning my carpet was what I was trying to avoid because I do not have the time. There are about 5 or spots like that in the living room and one in the bedroom. Also, more that 24 hours later, a few areas are still quite wet.

Not schedule service so late. The technicians were scheduled for arrival between 4pm and 6:30 pm on a Thursday night. Arrived at 4:15 pm and didn't finish until 8:30 pm
I am very pleased with the service I received. Tech was courteous and efficient.

Tremendous work done by James, I never expected the results on the tile.
