Carpet looks awesome!
You need to have 2 man crews so the can move furniture and clean under the furniture I would have rated a ten if there were 2 man crews and move the furniture and clean under them.

Very happy with the results. There were only 2 stains that I wish could've been scrubbed out, but wasn't there during the cleaning so maybe it is something that showed back up later after the carpet had dried.
I was pleased with the cleaning, however I expected small end tables to be moved and the carpets cleaned under them. I would have given a 10 if the technicians had done this.
It did not smell, can see the results right away.

I called for an appointment to clean all of our floor surfaces just like last year. The reservations person confirmed that her system showed we had carpet and tile. When the tech showed up on the scheduled date (12/27) he was only prepared to do the carpet. Why did the office not call me to tell me this? I immediately called the office and explained what the tech said and had to make a second appointment for the tile surfaces (12/31). Additionally, I had difficulty understanding the broken English of the tech that showed on 12/27. I already did a survey that was sent after the 12/27 appointment but didn't point out these items because I didn't realize this one question and comments area was all there would be. Other than those items the cleaning of the floor surfaces was done really well. Thank you.

I know my carpet is clean without any residue and that the "soap" from the previous cleaning is being removed as well.
Always smells great when finished and the techs are very friendly, professional and do a great job.
Product appears to be environmental acceptable, make my carpets extremely clean being they haven't been cleaned since I purchased my home 5 years ago. The technicians, both times, where very professional and personable. I appreciate that Zerorez was willing to fix the situation when I was not happy with the result the first time around. When the technicians came back the second time, they were very knowledgeable and completely resolved the animal odor issue.

It's natural cleaning
The job was done well and the gentleman who performed the cleaning was very polite, hard working, and knowledgable.
Overall we had a good experience. There were a couple of spots that didn't come up that we thought would have with a couple of more passes with the cleaner, or a little extra attention.
I had a very tough stain on my carpet and the technician did everything GE could to get it out. My carpet looks great!
