The was no soapy odor with the carpet cleaning, just a fresh clean smell.

The serviceman was great and worked very hard, especially on getting out the cat urine smell from my back room. However, it didn't remove the smell totally. I have called back and will have it done again on next Tuesday. Soooo, maybe after that I can give Zerorez a 10!
Weather was bad on the day carpets were cleaned and only getting worse. I wish the service technician had informed me I could reschedule that day! Also, two love seats and one wing back chair were not moved and cleaned under. The next day I noted a spot on one of the carpets. I called to see if someone could come out and clean the spot as the technician said I had 30 days to call if I was not satisfied. When I called they said they would gladly come out and give me an estimate to 'spot treat' the carpet. I paid almost $700 to have everything cleaned and I am expected to pay MORE? Very frustrated and disappointed!
I have been very pleased with the results . . .carpet feels like new.
Very friendly and professional service. We really weren't sure our carpet was worth cleaning, but it looks great! There were a few stains in my kids' bedrooms that did not disappear completely, but overall the carpet looks wonderful. Also, we appreciated the plastic shoe booties the representative left for our family to wear while the carpet was drying.
I liked that the brushing action took more of the pet hair out of the carpet.

Technician had started 7 months prior and was not very friendly and appeared to be worried about his I tunes more than cleaning my carpet. The carpet was not cleaned as through as our previous experience with Zero Rez. We did not receive our $100 dollar gift certificate to the jewelry store, as promised in the promotion advertised. Miguel our Tech was focused on getting to the next job. Overall not a good job, we still have stains that was not removed as promised by him when he arrived. No final walk through completed prior to his departure.
The non-chemical clean, no fumes, no smells, just clean.

There was small wads of dark dog hair from a previous job left on my white carpet. I did not see the dirt lifted out of the carpet.
