The customer service was excellent.
They were actually early and spent a lot of time getting out my pet stains and other grease stains and dirt. I loved the fact that the carpet is not crunchy, but soft. The men were friendly, used shoe covers and were very hard working. I have already recommended Zerorez to all of my friends and co-workers.
I love the fact that there are no harsh chemicals and the rep was awesome and professional.
I love that y'all don't use toxic cleaners, & that you leave no residue. Also, the technician who came out was incredibly nice & did a wonderful job!

I do have one question - the offer I called about included a Fullers Jewelry gift card for $100. Do you mail that? I forgot to ask about it when they cleaned yesterday.
No soap is used, and my carpets look really clean. I have had a problem in the past with soap, and when one of my rooms flooded, it was only soap that was vacuumed up. I believe my carpet gets as clean with the Zerorez process.
Cleaned my carpet better than any other service I have used in the past. The carpet in my living/dining room and hallway is probably 20 years old, is a light cream color (stupid me) and has been cleaned many times. Now with my grandkids coming over and their spills, I would have classified the area around my coffee table as a hideous disaster area...and that's no joke.
What a shocker...couldn't believe it looks as good as it does. You guys are miracle workers!
My carpet looks like new. Some major stains are gone. The Technician was on time and did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to all.

Did not leave a chemical smell in our home. The equipment seemed very powerful and in great condition. Our technician took great care in protecting our home from the cords, tubes, etc.

through, explained your processes, careful not to damage any furniture left in place and did

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpet was cleaned very well.
1. Narrow the arrival window. My window was from 8:30 to 11:30 AM.
2. Pet stains - technician overrated his ability to remove the stains. I paid about $270
for pet stain removal. My total bill was over $400.00. I will try vinegar in certain
areas to see if I can reduce the stain.

The two gentlemen who came were very courteous and friendly. The day was terrible with all the ice but they really did a great job.
