While watching the process, I have to admit that I was really impressed with the whole cleaning process. When I returned the next day I did find the carpet clean but found smells of a dog, and smoke ect..

All natural products that make it pet safe. Kyle, my service technician was outstanding. I would want to request him next time because he seemed honest, sincere, hard working and wanted to ensure I was 100% satisfied.
I've never seen anything like it, the carpet looks fresh and almost new. The first time I used you several years ago, the young man didn't know what he was doing compared to this guy. He also explained the extraction process, so may have that done in the Spring. Should have had my room done as well.

The hose was not reattached to the hosebed after the technican left. There was no help given or offered on furniture movement.

had an issue with the cleaning that a tech was supposed to come and check out and he never showed up.
I have my entire house cleaned by zerorez on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and one of my carpets puffed up for lack of a better word. I called immediately and was told a tech would come look at it and check it out on Friday after Thanksgiving between 10-12.
No one ever showed up. No one ever called.

Excellent! We have had 3 new pups here within this last year and some accidents. My carpets look and feel brand new again and they are 9 yrs old! Our technician, Daniel, was above excellent! He did a wonderful job! I will highly recommend zerorez to all my family and friends. I'm am a new lifetime customer! Again, your service and employees go above and beyond w their service!
