pricing was reasonable and i thought they did an excellent job. technicians were courteous and took care as they worked.
That you do not use chemicals to clean the carpet. It would have been nice to know beforehand that try needed to hook up to my water supply. We just moved and it was pure luck that the city had already been but to turn on the water. The technician was very nice. So polite and respectful. On time too!
Train the people who take appointments to be knowledgeable on your services and listen to what the customer needs rather than assuming you know and then scheduling something that the customer doesn't need. It wastes your time, my time, and blocks me from getting a company who can really do the work.
Product did a great job cleaning the tile. Joe and his partner were friendly and professional. Super nice guys.

The tech was a bit too talkative about the technique. While I do appreciate being informed, I needed him to be a bit quicker. I wanted to have the results sell me on the company.
Also, I thought the dry time would be faster (thought he said so) than competitor's technique. However, we had damp/wet spots for hours and could not replace furniture until after 6 hours had passed.
Overall cleaning was much better than competitors, however, and I would use Zerorez again.
My first time to try the service. Seems to have cleaned my carpet as advertised. I'll know more the next time I vacuum.

We went from a 119 dollar advertised special to over 300 in up sells beginning with the upgrade to the zeroez truck! Add insult to injury we did not get the bonus promised to us before the Christmas weekend. But all in all, Zerorez is no different then the other carpet companies in Dallas despite their advertising claims to the contrary.
The carpet that was cleaned appears to be done thorough.
Told the person on the phone I wanted the 3 rooms for $89...apparently I was given 2 for 45 each so I did not receive my fullers gift card. Services were great except i feelni was cheated out of my card

Andrew, did a fantastic job cleaning the house. He worked efficiently, but not at the expense of missing small details. He was extremely courteous and thoughtfully brought to my attention a few places were previous water damage had occurred. The carpet look and feel fantastic!

The man was nice but the promise of fast dry was totally wrong. 24 hours later I was still stepping in water. Lots of it. Had to cancel a family gathering because floor was soaked. Some stains were still there after it dried and I had to scrub by hand to get them out. Impression is that the cleaning system is not very effective. Just an observation. His helper was in street clothing and wore ear plugs listening to music the entire time he was here. Makes for a very unprofessional impression. I feel like I threw my money away. 24 hours later I put down a paper towel and pressed on it. Soaked. Took a picture. Would not recommend this service to others.
