Natural, fresh and made my carpets look new. My representative who cleaned the carpet was very courteous, professional and knowlegdeable.
Joshua was early, helpful, thorough, didn't pressure me to get more services than I had already asked for, and he was polite and professional.
Cesar was friendly from the moment he came into the house and made friends with my dogs. He answered every question I had and gave me some good advice on how to take care of a hair dye stain that, while it did lighten considerably, did not completely come out. He was fast and efficient. The whole house looked better because of my clean carpet!

The young man was very well kept and polite, and did a thorough job. I like that your service is somewhat "green" in that you don't use chemicals, etc.

The carpet cleaning was fine. We went with an up sell for our hardwood floors, you could have done better. The tech cleaned and polished over gum and other debris. We had to go back and hand scrape several areas. We were disappointed it was a $500 service.
I love how clean my carpet is! I have used a different service in the past, who advised my "high traffic" area could never be fully cleaned. Zerorez proved them wrong - my carpet is all the original color once again!

The technician was very nice, carpets are clean, reasonable pricing, pretty quick
The initial call went well as I detailed what I wanted and expected and assurances were made that I would be more than pleased with the results. The technician arrived (Luke) and conducted an inspection of the rooms and the $79.99 advertised special quickly ballooned to almost $190.00. As I questioned Luke, it appeared to me that he became a little agitated that I did not immediately agree to the now new price for cleaning 3 rooms (master bedroom, closet, and a guest bedroom upstairs). He also included a $10.00 gas surcharge and again, the cost just kept on growing. I was really uncomfortable and I felt like I was at a car dealership being "haggled". I informed him that I would only pay the agreed upon price as advertised and if that was no longer an option, then he could leave and I would find another company to clean my carpets. I was also disappointed in the fact that Luke stated that it would take 6 - 8 hours to completely dry; again, another misrepresentation. There were so many things that went wrong that morning and it certainly wasn't at all the great experience that I had anticipated. Now, did the carpets look better, yes indeed; however, I can't say that I was overall pleased.
I like the fact that it is kod and pet friendly due to minimal/no use of chemical.

Quality of products used and your customer service throughout the entire process from the time of booking the appointment to the completion of service, the day of service at home. Excellent experience.
After the carpet dried it looked dark and dingy.
Just did not clean the carpet the way we wanted.
I liked that there were no chemicals used. I have already referred you to two people but there are a couple of spots that were either missed or have come back since last Saturday's service so will have to see if more come back this week and advise those referrals.
They are very quick, personable, and the carpet looks amazing for being 24 years old!
