No response to estimate request. A rep came out, talked to me about what could be done. I was supposed to receive an e-mail showing what would be done and how much it would cost. This was 4 days ago.

We have had Zerorez several times and have been very please with the work. This time we had Darwin clean the tile in our kitchen, entry and both bathrooms. The kitchen and entry cleaned beautifully; however, the two bathrooms have a small area in each that did not bleach out like the rest of the tile. Please send Darwin back to redo these small areas. Thank you so much.

I've had Zerorez come out to clean my carpets twice now and each time the techs have been equal to none!!! Anthony was very professional and knowledgable about what needed to be done to get my carpets clean!!! I will never go with anyone else but Zerorez for that reason alone!

It got everything cleaner than I hoped for

had a terrible mildew stain right by the back door. Your guys cleaned it up. I thoroughly dried it this time (previously had not dried it enough on a prior cleaning). It's been several days now, and not a sign of it creeping back.

Very clean carpets. There was no stiffness in the carpet either. It quickly dried, and looked as good the next day as the day it was cleaned. Always before the stains would re-appear. Also there was a nice clean smell - not a chemical one. My parents were exceptionally pleased! Thank you. Now I have to get my own tile cleaned!!

They do the job. My carpets look great, the man that did the job was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us.

I just wonder why aren't you interested in knowing if there are things I didn't like.

Tom is an A+ employee and so glad he was at our house to provide service. Because of Tom I will continue to be a loyal Zerorez customer!!!! Also, Brad was great in working with me on a credit for a sub par cleaning I had previous to Tom coming out. It was in regards to my master bathroom shower. THANK YOU!!!!

The service tech was very professional and friendly. He also did excellent job cleaning the carpets and couch.

I was disappointed that you only send one guy and he didn't move anything that I hadn't already moved. He didn't even take the plastic chair mat up in the study and move the chair on casters. I had to point out every spot or he overlooked them. He was on his cell phone at least 3 times while working and eating a snack while working. I have other companies and they usually send two people and move small pieces of furniture. They usually point out any problems like loose threads and give advice on how to repair. I had asked him to point out any problems, but he didn't point out anything.
