It took three appointment times to get someone to come to the house as scheduled. The original appointment was scheduled between 4 & 6. At 6:30 I was told they would pull someone to get to the appointment. About 10 minutes later I received a call saying he was about 45 minutes out, which was too late to clean for me. I then rescheduled and the same thing happened. On the third rescheduled appointment, a person finally showed up as scheduled. He did a good job, but I was very disappointed in the scheduling. It should never take three times to get someone to come clean a carpet.

Zerorez did a fabulous job for me. The wrinkles in my carpet are gone and the carpet is clean and smells very fresh. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
You had a very professional gentleman out; he was very kind and spent extra time to make sure the carpets were perfect. Love that water was just used and all stains came out! Great service!
The carpet cleaning worked fantastic, I have an older dog who sometimes cannot wait until I am home, she has accidents sometimes. Zero res got my carpets looking fantastic. i was very surprised, I am not quite ready to replace my carpet and I did not invest in the "supervised Flood method they offer" but the regular cleaning made a world of difference.
Tech was on time, concerned about doing a good job. Did a good job explaining services, cleaning process, and charges. Will use Zerorez again.

Carpet still took 4hours to completely dry. Techs were awesome. Randy was very informative and nice, courteous.
The guys were right on time. I initially thought I was just getting a free estimate. But after speaking with Joshua and he explained the services and how it worked, they were ready to start working. As they were cleaning, he continued to answer any and all my questions. They were both so professional and polite. I will definitely use you again. Oh, and so far I love my clean carpet.
Efficient & good
The stains are removed every time. Staff is very friendly. Carpets are very clean and there is no chemical odor after cleaning.
Carpets look brand new and there is no residue left in the carpet.

Joe was on time, and quickly got to the task of cleaning the carpet. It looks GREAT! I have used another Company for years but gave Zerorez a chance after hearing Tony Za-Za go on about the cleaning process and service. I have already referred Zerorez to several friends! Thank you!

When I called to make the appointment I ask for the price of your top of the line cleaning because the carpet had pet stains. I was told that the $89 was your best cleaning and it included per treating the spots. When the Tech looked at the carpet he said it was $60 per room ($180) extra to treat pet stops but he would only charge me $60 because there were not a lot of spots. This was a rental that the previous renter was paying for the cleaning. Because I was not told in advance about the extra charge I had to pay for the extra charge.
The time he spent applying the pet treatment to our carpet. He got all the areas really well that we were concerned about.
The guys who have come work very hard, don't waste time and are very polite. They present options to have extra things done, but we never feel like they are pushy about it or feel pressured to buy extra services. We would definitely use the extra services if we could afford it, but funds are limited at this time.
I like that they aren't chemically made. The science behind it is very interesting. They look great!
I liked the basically chemical free cleaning process and excellent water extraction. Service providers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, generally a pleasure to have work at our house.
