Staff member was professional & did explain efforts to explain efforts to remove but they remain. Chose your company due to loyalty with Jody Dean & KLUV, but stories of greatness & success have not proven true. Understand reality & tough jobs, but stains are from wood furniture legs, so thought that could compare to oil paint removal advertised. Should be more cautious about bragging on success.

The guy who did the work in our house was Stacy... he was so wonderful. Liked him when I first met him and he proved to me a trusted gentleman in my home. Such a nice guy and a pleasure to speak with and I had no worries leaving him to do his job while I ran errands. He was still hard at work when I returned and I have no qualms recommending him and Zerorez to do the job right!

When he came in and looked at the couch your rep. said the spots and stains should come out except for an ink stain on a cushion bottom and a water stain under a cushion on the couch.After it dried the couch looked much like it did prior to the cleaning, same spots and all. We saw some of them before your rep. left and when we asked him he said he tried but they wouldn't come out. Based on the results the fair thing for you to do would be issue a full refund. To be reasonable, and since he put the time, 50% would satisfy us.

I had two rugs sent to the factory to be cleaned and have not gotten them back yet, but I am very happy with the carpet in my bedroom that was cleaned. It is the only room in the house with carpet, and the room the pets go to for accidents. Now the carpet looks brand new. I intend to use Zerorez on a regular basis now.

I'm not familiar with what all of your products are but I was happy with the outcome of my carpets.I did appreciate you keeping me informed that the technician was running late and him also calling to advise as to when he arrived. He was professional , well informed, answered
my questions and offered good suggestions on how to keep my carpet a little cleaner.
