The second service call was much more effective and I felt much more confident in the information I was given and in the experience and skills of the technician (Tom). We still have some brown spots coming back, especially in the dining room area. Tom mentioned there is another level of treatment that involves removing the pad, painting Kilz on the concrete, cleaning the back of the carpet and then putting the carpet back down over new padding. We may need to move to this next step but we would definitely want an estimate of time and cost. The biggest issue for us will probably be scheduling due to our travel schedule with work and family. Also, we would really like to have Tom come back for any future visits. The best number to reach us is Phone number removed. Thank you.

I told the tech I didn't want to do the steps because it was 4.00 per step. He said I can do them for 30.00 and the protectant that was 30.00 was on him. So I agreed and he did as well it would only be 30.00 extra. It wasn't until he was done he said " no it was 60.00 for the steps and the 30.00 was on him. I'm starting chemotherapy and every dollar matters. The fact he didn't do what he said and charged me more than what I wanted to spend was wrong. Therefore, I will not refer zero Rez and I will not use zero Rez again. I will call KRLD 1080 am radio and tell them and others what happened . Also, he was going to do the steps AND the landing and only did a portion of the landing which looks silly and half clean.
Totally disappointed and a shampoo company doesn't even do this dishonesty ...

It made my carpet clean the cleaners were very professional and boy did it look nice when done.
The gentleman who cleaned our carpet and kitchen tile and grout did a very,very good job!
Scheduling was easy. prices were fair, the guy that cleaned was professional and helpful, and most importantly, the rugs and couches are super clean!!

The first time I used you guys, a few years ago I loved the way my carpets looked when completed. Now that I have had them done again my carpet is not quite as clean as I hoped. I had one area in particular that did not get cleaned as well as I had hoped and when I asked the technician if there was anything we could try he was nope that is good as it gets. Now I just did the regular clean job, I was surprised he didn't suggest something, anything - it was like he was ready to go and didn't want to bother with it.
Your technician was prompt and courteous, did a very satisfactory job and the results were good.

I like that the cleaning service leaves no residue, which attracts dirt and soil so i have to clean my carpets more frequently.

It's a very thorough cleaning - love the carpets - they look brand new! And the tech who cleaned my carpets was very professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez to anyone - and the tech Luke... I won't use anyone else to clean my carpets!
Cleaning was excellent. Carpet stretching was questionable --- tack strip was broken, carpet was cut too short. Technician was courteous and hard working, but appears to need some additional training on stretching.

Was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service. Also quite pleased with the carpet cleaning. However, the main traffic area, although much cleaner, had streaks that the technician said would vanish as the carpet dried. They have not.
Also, according to Jody Dean, we're supposed to receive a $100 gift card; and we have not.

My mom was at the house when our service specialist (Cory ??) came. It was reported that he worked his heart out to clean our carpets. My mom was very impressed by his commitment to his work. Our carpets look amazing and we intend to have Zerorez return at a later date. Sincerely First name removed Higgins

The young man who did our carpets this time was very polite and professional, He did steps to oue carpet we did not receive the last time someone came, We loved him and have recommended him to all our neighbors
We really like that we had the same service tech this year - he remembered us as well! He's extremely polite and gets the job done in a proficient, timely manner. He goes above & beyond to make sure you're completely satisfied. My carpets look & feel so so much once Zerorez has been there!

The technician was two hour and 15 minutes late. I was told on the phone by the customer service agent that they would waive the fuel charge because they did not notify me that the technician was going to be late. In the end, you charged me for the fuel charge and when I called to have the charge removed, I was told by the customer service agent that they would have to talk to their manager. I have never heard back from anybody. It's was only $10, but it's a matter of integrity and doing what you say you are going to do.
