Each item of furniture was tested to make sure the stains would come out and the technician was upfront about the cost of the work.

My tile was not cleaned in several places but they are coming back to correct. There was white residue left on the tile and it is all blotchy and smeared looking. Not at all what I expected after paying $700. I hope it gets fixed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our service technician returned his equipment to the service vehicle without cleaning under our sofa and love seat in our living room area. We moved these two furniture items away from the walls in order to clean under the area they normally occupy. I anticipated that he would just move them aside and clean the area they occupied after we moved them.

We provided a coupon for three rooms with a fourth cleaned free of charge. When presented, the technician told me that additional rooms were an additional charge not withstanding the coupon advertisement. I was told that the next time Zerorez came to clean, I should tell the next technician to provide a free room cleaning and use his name (the current technician) as the authorized representative.

Finally, the cleaning was not as thorough as anticipated. We have used Zerorez in the distant past with good results on very light colored carpet. However, the same results were not achieved with this cleaning.

Our technician was not rude or disrespectful. But, he did seem to be in a hurry. I'd like to make it clear that I'm not pressing for a free cleaning; although, my wife is so frustrated that she believes that we should get a refund plus a re-cleaning. I do, however, believe that we should receive the appropriate service that we paid for and as advertised.

The first tech that cleaned my carpet did a very crappie job, I listen to k-luv were zerorez is highly recommended, I knew that they had to do a better job than that it was very unacceptable!!!! James Greenwood did a outstanding job! I will use them again.

There were three stains I pointed out to the technician. Only one of them came out completely. One was from a dog and the other was a beverage stain. The technician didn't indicate that the stains may not come up. They are a bit lighter but not gone. I understand that some stains will remain due to quality of carpet and other factors but it was not communicated that it may be an issue.

I really enjoyed the team that cleaned my carpet, they were wonderful. However, I have been waiting for 5 weeks to get my air conditioner filter and my spot treatment kit that I ordered. The filter came but was the wrong size. When I call your office, no one seems to know how to expedite either thing. I was told a manager would call me back and no one ever called.

I have not had any service provided yet, but I was impressed with Anthony, the tech that was sent out to take a look at the pet stain problem. He explained the basis of the treatment and probable results of treatment. He was very thorough in his examination of the problem and was very polite and helpful. If I decide to move forward with the pet treatment I will call Zerorez to do it.
