We found damage to a wall after the technician left. He did not inform us the wall had been damaged but he did clean up the plaster so he had to have been aware.. It was a simple repair, however we should have been told.

Normally Zerorez does a great job on cleaning; however I did not have a tech that did a good job on cleaning this time. Your products eliminates pet odors thoroughly (usually) and leaves my old carpets looking almost new.

Your process is water based and leaves no residue or so it is advertised. It has only been a little over a week since you came out this survey should be conducted later to let the customer have time to see if spots return.

I didn't like the upsell as soon as he walked in the door, trying to almost double the price I was originally planning on spending. And when we decided to go with the basic option I was left feeling like I was paying for my carpets to not really be cleaned. Like Zerorez was in the service of kind of cleaning carpets, but not that well. (Not a nice tag line to have!) for two large rooms and a hallway the technician spent 12 minutes cleaning. Watching him spray the "cleaner" looked like nothing more than a light scent mist. And after he left my carpet still had many spots and a few crusty areas from my baby's spit up that didn't come out. My carpet truly wasn't cleaned much at all! We called customer service the next day and we have someone else coming out on Wednesday. You may be able to redeem yourself!

The "Empowered" water is awesome, no residue left behind and the cleaning was superior to any I have ever seen. The Technician was extremely professional and did an outstanding job!

I was disappointed last year , when on my recommendation , a friend had you clean her carpets , but she was not pleased , however you redid them for her . I was very pleased with your service this week . I had good notice of the time , which was the time I had requested , the work was completed very efficiently , the result was very good & the gentleman who did the work was very polite & mannerly .I have used your firm for quite a few years & this was the best cleaning job so far . So far two friends have used your firm on my recomation . Please Do not use my name to promote your firm .

I've had Zerorez out a few times previously and I'm always very satisfied with the work done. (Plus I especially like the Fuller's Gift Cards!!) My most recent service was done by Ron (I don't remember his last name) and I was pleased that he seemed to go the extra mile to make sure that my carpet looked clean, deodorized, and sanitized to my satisfaction. I have recommended Zerorez to others and one person that I know of has called on you twice.

I liked that there were minimal to chemicals. I have small kids, one of whom is crawling and chews on everything, so not having chemicals on my carpet was important.

We recently had our carpets cleaned and protected by Zerorez. An unfortunate coffee spill resulted in a stain that we could not blot up as simply as we were led to believe. After calling the Dallas office, the manager agreed to come out and remove the stains at no charge. My experience is that the mark of a good company is how they respond to concerns voiced by their clients. Your company went above and beyond. We will continue to utilize your service and recommend it to our neighbors. Thanks for your professionalism and customer service.

I have white carpets and they leave them clean and soft! Plus I received a free cleaning of my bathroom tile. It looks like new, so I know I will have to add this service next. Very friendly service.

love the concept of bringing nothing toxic in & leaving nothing behind. Our service guy was prompt & polite & careful to explain the process.

Love how clean my carpets look, feel and smell. Your service crews always call when they are on their way and arrive on time, they are polite/professional and work efficiently.
BTW-
This time on the phone I was only ordering a Spot Cleaning Kit- The gentleman who answered the call was somewhat confused or appeared to be. hAfter he checked the availability, then I was connected to another person who actually took my order the process was LONG and somewhat painful- not at all what I typically experience.

VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING-DRIES FAST AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT

my service was ok, but the first service I had with Zerorez was better.

The product dried quickly, and got rid of 99.5% of all of the stains on our carpets. Move, who came out to clean our carpets, was very friendly and respectful. He did not try to oversell any of the products or make us feel obligated or pressured to buy anything else. This is something we had seen in many carpet cleaners in the past. We will definitely recommend the services and Lucas specifically for any further cleanings.

Very professional and polite. Some stains reappeared but overall, great company.
