When Miguel arrived I told him what I wanted and that Brad my scheduler had already given me a quote of $178.61. He said ,they didn't tell you that the price given by the scheduler is different from the one he might give"? He said that if I did decide for sure to not have the pet deoderizer I would have to sign a form. I said that wAs fine but I had already told Brad that I didn't want it. Before he left I noticed some lipstick stains in the bathroom that were still there and he said "oh, I would have had to use a solvent ". I just feel like the communication between the scheduler and the service person should have been better. Thanks

First let me say, Cody did a great job, rooms looked really good. In the future I will always request him. Add some type of carpet fresher.

Very little leftover moisture - it dried in a couple of hours.
Also, the technician warned me about spots that he thought might come through…and they haven't:)

My rug was still left with about 10 stubborn spots.

It took 4 calls over several weeks to locate someone who could determine the status of the rug and schedule delivery.

I'll recommend you for carpeting. But never for take away items.

The technician was professional and friendly. He told me what the rates were upfront and offered many upgrades if I wanted them. The carpets came out perfect. They are soft and dried fast. I love that they don't use chemicals and it is green for my kids and animals.

No soapy residue on the carpet to attract dirt. Almost all of the heavy stains were removed completely. The only one left was an old red KoolAid stain that I did not know was under the coffee table, until we moved the table.

I really liked the carpet scrubber that brought the nap back to original condition.
I also really liked that there were no chemicals used and that the carpet looked great!

No chemicals and the steam was able to get the spots out of carpet.

There was one very small area that was a little soiled where my dog lays at night by my bed. The technician missed that one area for some reason. I know it would have come up because all other areas did. That is my only complaint. All other areas came clean and looked good. Thanks.
