Green cleaning agents for the safety of my family.
The odor during the cleaning and for a time afterwards was much stronger and more floral than I expected.
YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE MAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE TOLD ME YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE TRUCK IN MY HOUSE TO DO THE WORK. I WASN'T FOR SURE WHAT TRUCK HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. HE ALSO TOLD ME THE WORK WOULD COST ME $3.00 A FOOT WHICH WAS COMPLETLY OUT OF MY BUDGET. SO NOW YOU KNOW WHY I CANN'T RECOMMEND ZEROREZ TO ANYONE.

The company called me frequently to (a) confirm my appointment (b) to confirm the time the technician would arrive. The technician called me to let me know he would arrive within thirty minutes. He was very competent, explaining what would be done, asking good questions concerning the condition of the carpet, and did his job efficiently and quietly. He gave good advice when the job was done (i.e., recommending turning on the air conditioning to help with the drying process. My carpet looked fabulous when the job was done! Thank you very much.
