Confirm the service to be done and price before starting the job so there are no misunderstandings. If customer indicates another area, explain the additional price before cleaning the area.

1) During my call to set up the service appointment, there was no mention of the "$10 gasoline fee" as part of the bill. If there is a standard $10 fee with each cleaning, it should be listed upfront and not be a surprise to the customer after the cleaning has been done and it's time to pay the bill.
2) Your radio and written advertisements may state that there are "no unhealthy chemicals" used in the cleaning process, but all of them appear to state that NO CHEMICALS WHATSOEVER are used. Your company brags about the fact that "your specially treated water" is the difference between your company and your competitors. Your technician used a pre-treatment chemical solution that is "supposed to lift the dirt up out from the depths of the carpet" so it can be cleaned. If a chemical is applied to the carpet before cleaning, there will be some left after the process is done. SO, YOUR NAME ZEROREZ AND YOUR COMPANY MOTTO IS CONTRADICTED EVERY TIME ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ASKED WHY CHEMICALS ARE BEING USED IN THE CLEANING PROCESS.
3) At this point in time, just several days after your cleaning, I have no complaint about the appearance of the carpet. In fact, I'm happy with the job that was done by your technician. However, I have no idea if your promise that stains will not reappear will come true or not, only time will tell. My point is that your company represented itself as providing a service that left no residue after cleaning which is obviously not true if chemicals are applied as part of the process.
4) You were not upfront about: 1)the $10 extra fee and 2)you used chemicals as part of the cleaning process. As a new customer, I consider both of these factors to be misleading and/or false advertisement and as a result they make me question whether I want to continue doing future business with your company.
5) If you expect me to fulfill my obligation as a customer, I expect the same from you without "surprises" and without misleading descriptions of why your company is better that your competitors. I only choose to do businesses that are honest and fulfill their promises. YOU HAVE GIVEN ME 2 REASONS FOR NOT CONTINUING TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY!!!!

man was so kind and did exactly what I asked. My problem is I mentioned Jody Dean from Kluv but I had to ask about the gift cert to the jewelry store like they say on kluv so will tell them I did not get as they state in the advertisement Jodi gives on the radio. I requested it but still have not gotten???? Your service is great but your promise for the certificate is a lie from what I can tell.

The technican Ron, who came out to our house was great! He explained everything in great detail about the products he was using, how they worked, etc.. We had some really bad pet stains that I thought for sure wouldn't come out.. But two days later; our carpets look BRAND NEW!! You guys are awesome!

Carpet was only a year old with normal traffic dirt. It wasn't blood or rust or serious staining. From the commercial on kluv we had expected cleaner results. The technician was Super nice and the only reason I rated the service as highly as I did...but he did arrive 40 minutes later than we had been scheduled. I also did not receive the Fullers gift certificate.
The shampooing that you did in my house did not completely eliminate the pet stains. They appeared to be gone after shampooing, but reappeared a week later. Also, shampooing the stairs wasn't complete either. There is dark traffic line at the front of each tread. However, the area rug that you cleaned in your factory looks great. I would recommend that cleaning.
No obnoxious odors, no residue to attract new dirt.
