I was impressed that the tech was able to get out stains that previous companies couldn't. I don't know what chemicals or technique you all use, but keep on using it!

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was a true professional and was very knowledgeable about the products and chemicals. He was very respectful and courteous. We always use Zerorez to clean our carpets and trust no one else to do the job. They do excellent work!!!

My carpets aren't as clean as I was hoping they would get and when I had the test spot done on the couch it didn't help at all. Also, I never got the Fuller's gift card I was supposed to and aside from the 3 room deal price everything else was pricey.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1st time I used Zerorez the team of techs got out 7 years of stains and carpet looked brand new like your ad says. This last time 1 had a single tech (says he had previously worked as 2nd tech on a team). Carpet looked good when he finished but stains are now starting to reappear, something I did not have with the first cleaning. I feel that for $600.00 the stains should not reappear. I feel I'm entitled to my carpets looking like they did after the 1st cleaning.

We use Zerorez because you don't use harsh chemicals and you always have special pricing. Your service techs are always friendly, honest, and do a great job. This is the second time we have used Zerorez, and we will use you again. We also have told several people about your company.

I am not sure yet...We had a pet urine problem from a visiting dog and had the pet treatment done. I feel I have had more success with Natures Miracle. I don't know if it is the fact there doesn't seem to be any deodorizer in your treatment and maybe that is fooling me. Anyway, your people were great, no complaints there, but the no deodorizer may be throwing me off, not sure.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tech was super friendly. He cleaned a test area and suggested our carpets needed the extra cleaning and I agreed because we have a dog that we thouhgt was potty trained but was not. I knew that just by cleaning the carpets that would not restore it, but I thought it might help. Especially maybe with the extra cost of the deeper cleaning. He did not offer me any other services, like the heavy duty pet cleaning, etc. The carpets smelled clean when he left, but I left my house and came back six hours later and the entire house smelled like urine. I would have appreciated his honesty and just letting me know that I needed a super duper clean because what he did just made it worse. Also, just the basic clean on our stairs really did not impress me. When I got down on my hands and knees and smelled the stairs a few days after the cleaning, they smelled like dirty feet. We are in the process of replacing the carpet and that is what the service tech recommended that came out after my inital cleaning. I would have wanted to know what my options were for cleaner carpets, not to make problem way worse! I feel like I wasted my money on the cleaning $89.99 plus $60.00 for the deeper clean. I felt like he was just trying to sell me extra services that were going to do the carpet no justice. I shared my experience with a co-worker and he said he was also not impressed with zerorez. He actually said "watch out-they will get ya, you will end up paying 2-3 times more than what you are expecting!" I would love my money back because I felt that I just wasted my hard earned money on a service that was not explained to me and was led to believe that the cleaning would solve the problem.

The machine used to pull dirt out from beneath the carpet was impressive. Also, the product of protecting the carpet for more protection is an excellent idea.

you might tell your customers that if they don't wait for 10 or 12 hours to even get on the carpet with socks. Mine looked great, but after it dried completely there were some little spots,an I was very careful ,, but all in all it looks better

The carpet is not clean! It needs to be redone. I went to clean up a new spill after the cleaning and it brought up a ton of dirt and made a new stain on the surface. It wasn't cleaned properly.
