How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I do not feel any stains that were in the carpet were removed as expected. The tech was extremely pleasant, but would not recommend Zerorez.

Joshua was very nice and respectful of me and my home. He was very knowledgeable and he informed me of all the procedures and available products and services. My carpet looks great and now after cleaning my air ducts I am breathing easier!

The care and close atttention to service detail with exceptional customer service. The certified technicians provided the best service demonstrating the highest professionalism and took the time to ensure my home was protected during service. They explained the process and offered suggestions to allow me, the homeowner, to make informed decisions. I will only use cleaning services from Zerorez in the future. The company is everything plus more than you hear in the radio advertisements (Jody Dean in the morning). I am so glad that I called Zerorez and plan to recommend them in the future.

Reasonable. Gets out most stains. Amazing and very polite guy cleaning the carpets . Also. Very important to me that you take the time to extract the water back out of the carpet so the carpet drys much faster . Thanks so much for a great job.

I like the way you clean without chemicals. The service has been very good, although this time I see serveral plaes that has shown up after it dried.

I liked the guy that actually came and did the work. He was nice and professional. He took time to make sure we were happy with everything before he left.

I was however completely disappointed with the reservation it's. I told her we wanted the carpets cleaned yet the work order just said we wanted an estimate. We had furniture moved when the cleaner arrived and I would have been very disappointed if he could not have cleaned the carpets that day.

How fresh and clean it feels. Fabian is a wonderful person. He represents your company well! Take good care of him. He's an asset. Only thing missing is our $100.00 gift certificate from Fullers Jewelry. Still waiting on that.
