The day after the cleaning, long brown streaks were found in the carpet as a result of the incomplete cleaning that occurred in the living room. Additionally, I went from having a $79 coupon to spending $150. You can fix it by rebating the extra charges and coming out to clean the carpet again.

Nick is a Very knowledgable service technician who did an excellent job.
They were fast, did a great job, carpets looked and smelled incredible and they worked with my schedule which was highly appreciated.
This was my third time to try Zerorez. The first time was a disaster, with sopping wet carpets and left looking like it had never been cleaned. They sent out a different cleaner, and he also was appalled by how things had been left. He cleaned our carpets so well that I was completely sold! So we tried it again, and the results were mediocre. But I love the concept of the company, so I decided to try once more. My carpet was left with spots not cleaned, and there's one area that looks like a 10 foot shadow of a pole going down the middle of the room, where the carpet was cleaned on either side, but a long line section was missed obviously. I don't like complaining, so I wasn't going to make any remarks. But I found myself looking up my other carpet cleaning company to fix the problem, and thought ya'll ought to know. If everyone could clean like your "trouble shooter" cleaner I would use you every time and recommend you to everyone.
Maybe because I used a coupon, I got "coupon " results.
It made me wonder if the workers (ALL have been polite) were paid a fraction of what I paid on the invoice...Are they receiving enough from me to make it worth their while? If I paid more would I receive the kind of cleaning that I am looking for? Like I said, I love the CONCEPT of your company, but the results have been sadly irregular. Name removed

I was a firs time ZeroRez customer after hearing radio advertisements. I greatly appreciated the professional approach ZeroRez took in giving me an appointment, appointment reminder and showing up in the time frame they promised. The ZeroRez water powered, Green technology and minimal detergent approach is above and beyond most carpet cleaning services in the DFW area. I would recommend ZeroRez services for any allergy sufferers and any families that don't want to wait around all day for carpets to dry.
The service is just amazing. My carpet looked so bad. Now it looks new.
I have one suggestion. i think customers should be able to redeem the coupons by just showing them on their phones.
I like the fact that there are less chemicals used to clean the carpet and that there is no scents or smells, only clean! The people I talked to and that were in my home were very professional, courteous, and respectful.

Failed to show up. Re-scheduled. Arrived late. Didn't do great job on the carpet. House smells like wet carpet, not fresh and clean. Charged me way more than quoted price. So no, I would not recommend.

the people who come out are very professional..I am met and asked fro Luke Henexson on several occasions as he does such a great job!! The carpets come out great.This time he did my tile floors as well and they look great!!
Rugs looked very good. Technician, Daniel Jackson, was very polite, efficient, and professional.Tom Moody came back for several spots that we missed during the final walk through and did an excellent job. He, too, was very polite, efficient and professional. We definitely will use Zerorez again for our carpet cleaning, and because of Tom Moody, will also have our tile floors cleaned on our next carpet cleaning service.

No called me back to follow up with an invoice issue
After I received services. There was cash given to technician that
Didn't show up on invoice. The person said she would call me back.
That was 2 days ago. It's Friday so I guess I m not getting a call back
Carpet has never been cleaned as well. Cleans under furniture
After vacuuming several times, even with a new vacuum bag . . . we still have "streaks" that will eventually go away, but it would be nice if we didn't have to wait. We would have been embarrassed, if we had visitors come over, with all the "streaks". The carpet is now very clean, we just wish it could have been "raked" while the carpet was still damp. Yes, we will probably use ZEROREZ again . . . in the meantime, is there a rake available, kindly like the ones used several years ago on "shag carpets" ???
I don't know the name and would like to request him in the future. He was outstanding and I didn't feel I was overcharged like last time
