The technicians are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They do an excellent job and often explain what it is that they are doing. I like that no chemicals are used and that the time for the carpet to dry is about 2 hours. I have used Zerorez for about 4-5 years, now, and do not wish to have my carpets cleaned by any other company.

I am happy with the condition of the carpet and I know that I have had previous cleanings where they used "soap" but I though zerorez was suppose to get all that out. there are some areas that have that "soap crunch" but I am willing to use them again because the next time may pull out all that old soap.

After living in our home for two years with five kids and two dogs, our carpets had gotten pretty filthy. We had tried to clean our carpets ourselves but when we did the dirt came back almost immediately. We called Zerorez and we could not have been more pleased with the out come. Not only do our carpets look almost brand new but they smell great also. Almost a month later and our carpets still look GREAT! The technician who cleaned our carpets was super friendly and didn’t mind all the questions we were asking him. He was able to explain exactly everything his was doing and was very respectful to us and our home. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!!!
