We really liked our technician Keith. He was careful and communicative, but got on with his job and did it well. There are a couple of stains that have reappeared after the carpet dried (coffee spots), but perhaps they will disappear over time.

We are happy. Tk you. We used your company at a friend's referral and because we have pets and like GREEN.

My credit card was charged $10.81 more than I signed for. I called requesting a credit and am waiting.

GREAT representative, GREAT results on dirty spots but 2 rooms totally still smell like dog peed after I "upgraded," toa ll the additional options totalling $400! Far cry from a $79.99 special! And no Fuller's voucher as was stated in the deal, rep. said I had to call to follow up on it since they don't handle the "promos"

My carpets were just cleaned on Friday. That is too soon to see how effective your product really is. The service tech, Cody, was very friendly and courteous.

Very professional and very fast! The guys did a good job cleaning the carpet in the rooms I requested, and they were done in less than an hour!

We were glad that Zerorez is a "chemical free" cleaning service. The tech, Keith, was very nice.

Left a big stain inside my front door where the hose was brought in the house. Chipped paint off the wall with equipment in one room. This after issues with scheduling and customer service on phone. All in all, with the exception of office and stairs, wasn't very impressed with cleaning. Left several stains and created a new one and had to drop $207 on top of it

You sent another technician to deal with the spots left behind from the initial cleaning and the spots disappeared!!! Thank you very much. I will be recommending Zerorez to my colleagues at work and will definitely use you all again.
