Technician was very thorough and did a great job. He also called to see if he could come earlier than the time I was originally given. This worked out great for me. D.C. was very careful while he was in my home. I will definitely be calling for him to come back next year this time. Carpets look great!

the price is too high, once you arrive on scene to do anything more than the 3 rooms for 89.00. Stain and pet treatment per room is too high. Like everyone, you get on scene, in the door and then you hit us with the real prices to do the job. basic cleaning of three rooms for 89.00 is fine and the carpets are better than they were.

No soap residue.
No harmful chemicals. I had the carpets cleaned yesterday and the air in my house smells fresh, not masked with a strong perfumed chemical . The caepets look new again.
By the end if the visit, I was out $500 instead of the $179 i had budgeted. Husband thought granite sealer was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and the 2 chairs "cleaned" for $75 each still have noticeable spots. Sad. I would like to rec the carpet cleaning aspect but afraid my friends would be disappointed when pressed about other services. Make sense? Very nice guys but chairs were not cleaned well enough for the price;(

I like the tech best (Keith) so super nice and polite. We have used your company 3 times and the one time it wasn't Keith, it was not a good experience. This is 2nd time he's come and I was just as pleased as the 1st time. Great guy, great service, great job!! Very pleased
The technician took time to answer my questions and was very knowledgable. I was pleased with the outcome of the carpet and upholstery cleaning and plan to call Zerorez soon to clean the bathroom and kitchen tile grout.
The results of the carpet cleaning were as great as I expected. The thing that was expecially exciting is how wonderful the wood floors turned out. They were a real mess after all the dust and other residue from multiple remodeling / repair projects including extensive foundation repairs that involved 14 interior piers, tile replacement, popcorn scraped from ceilings, wall paper removed, new counter-tops installed, etc. The wood floors were scratched, dull and the groves were filled with dust. Now they look great!

Mike Lindsey was my Serviceman and was extremely professional. Before proceeding with his work he clearly explained the System he used. I appreciated his attentiveness to details and the care he took with my furnishings. My carpets/rugs had not been cleaned in several years and really needed a good going-over. I plan on having my upstairs rooms cleaned this summer/ fall and will ask for him. It's so nice to know that there is no residue from chemicals on my carpet....we have pets and I don't like the idea of them being exposed to chemicals on their feet...
