I think you over-charged. My carpets are still damp. I have opened windows, run the A/C, run the heater, and carpet is still damp.

I wanted to treat just one area of urine stains. I left for work and left my husband in charge. For some reason, he talked my husband into treating 3 areas. $180? I know where the odor was...one area only. Yes, it was my husband's fault for refusing, but I think you charge too much. There are still stains on the carpet.

Furthermore, three radio commercials and endorsements said $79. I was charged $89. Yes, I called early this morning, and one of your CSR's said you would refund me the $10.

I was not given anything to place under ottoman and tables. I thought your information section stated that some kind of protector/would be placed on wet area so we could place small furniture back over the wet area.

This was our first time using your company, and I was quite a bit disappointed to say the least.

The total charges of $317 was too much.

You are supposed to send someone back out to go over the stains that are still there, but we have to wait until March 8.

In the mean time, the carpet is still damp in some areas, and I am not liking the odor from the dampness. This should have dried hours ago.

Actually cleans the carpet. Carpet remains clean in appearance even after it dries. Staff very friendly and professional.

I had pets stains embedded in the carpet and when I got home and seen how clean my carpet was I was utterly shocked! My carpet cleaner guy was awesome, although I didnt get the pleasure of meeting him personally, my husband did! I did talk with my carpet cleaner guy over the phone, he was very polite and I was very grateful with the services.

I called Zerorez to come to clean my carpet due to my dog getting sick and there were several spots. I was told that the spots may not come out (and I understand) but if I paid $60 for another type of treatment the spots should fade and be barely discernible (I think the word the technician used was noticeable). There was no difference before/after the $60 treatment was performed (so in other words I was told something that was not true). . . .

Even though you advertise a free $100 gift card to a jewelry store you never deliver on that promise. This is the third time I have used your service. After the first time, I called to ask about the gift card and I was told I would be sent one. What I received was a photo-copy of a sheet of paper that was already past its expiration date. I was not given one the second time or the one this time. . .

I wanted to use your service so that I did not have detergents left in the carpet, but it is not worth it. Not only do you not provide the gift cards you advertise but this time, it is my belief, your employee stole $60 plus tax from me. . .

A good reputation can enhance the bottom line of any business but it does not take too many bas experiences before word of mouth hampers the bottom line of a business (more so for the service industry).

Tech claimed he got "turned around" in my house and nearly skipped an entire bedroom.
The radio ads praise Zerorez for their ability to get out even the toughest stains. I pointed out the problem areas in my house and they were treated. However the stains -- all of them -- are still visible. Carpet is cleaner but this "amazing ability" the radio ads claim is baloney.

Clean, fast, and friendly.

The products are environmentally and child friendly. We have always had great service. Our carpets look great even though they are 10 years old.

I requested cleaning for 6 rooms of carpet including pretreating which doubled the original quote. I was OK with this, however, the truck broke down half way through the cleaning, so I only got three rooms cleaned and I am not sure how good the cleaning actually was since one room still has stains. I am not sure I want to reschedule cleaning with your company for the remaining three rooms. I am on a tight time schedule to get this done before moving in. Can't afford more equipment malfunctions. I scheduled your company based on a friend's recommendation and was disappointed when only half the job was completed after 2 hours of work.

I like the fact that there are no chemicals and appreciate no sales gimmicks with technicians. The guys were nice, presented well and were easy to speak to. Definitely recommend Zerorez!
