The fact that you don't use chemicals and you always have a 'special' going on, also, everyone at Zerorez is very friendly and professional.

I like that the employee came when he said he would. The electricity was out in our neighborhood for a few hours prior to his arrival. We talked about the options in these circumstances. Before he left our electricity came back on so our carpets were cleaned after all. The employee was very nice. His name started with a J but I don't know how to spell it. He was personable, polite and a hard worker. The carpets do look better than they did when he arrived.
Our technician, Joseph H., was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained very well what was going on at each stage of cleaning our carpet and love seats, and put us in phone contact with a Zerorez representative when we had questions about the particle-capture efficiency of the air-conditioning filter. Joseph H. is a real asset to Zerorez.
No chemical odor
i don't like how the price went from $75 to over $300 just because you needed to treat some stains. I feel that it is dishonest to get yourself into a home with a promise of one price and then more than triple it.
Try to hold to your appoint time.
The tile surface had multiple areas of residue that we had to mop to remove.

The technician was very professional and knowledgable about your services and products and he was friendly and very courteous, explaining everything as he went along. He was informative about your extra services, but was not at all pushy. And the result, Amazing! I would recommend your company enthusiastically to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.
I love the way my carpets turned out. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is that you be more up front with your customers about potential costs when they call to schedule. I was told that my carpet cleaning would be $139, but when the technician arrived at my home I discovered that treatment for pet dander, odors, etc., was an additional charge. I would have appreciated being told up front that the $139 was a base price and that additional costs could and probably would occur on top of that charge. After the technician had already arrived at my home, it would have been very difficult to turn down the services, since they were badly needed. I would have liked a better idea up front when I scheduled that my cleaning was going to cost over $400.
My carpets look brand new! Pet smell completely gone!
Technician was very nice, friendly but professional.
Reagan was very nice and did a thorough job.
Only thing I was not very happy about was the extra charges for the enzyme and when you have very small bedrooms with furniture, you are not cleaning a whole lot of carpet, so the charge for the small hallway I thought was not necessary.
The guys did a great job and were very receptive to my concern which was dog urine.
Rapid response to request and price. The young man who cleaned my carpets was so pleasant and obliging. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Carpets dried quickly even though it was a cloudy, rainy day. The carpets were cleaned around 5 PM and were totally dry the next morning.
The carpet feels so clean and soft - not stiff like it has a lot of chemicals in it!
