We had a quick call from representative Luke to advise us he was on the way to our home. Luke was very polite and professional. He viewed the rooms we were having cleaned, listened to our concerns, and then made some suggestions for us to make sure we had the best results. Luke was efficient and moved quickly through our rooms. We were very pleased with the results of having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and impressed with Luke's professional demeanor.

What do you like about our products and services?

Quality of service. A week has passed with two dogs, young children, and four adults, and our carpets still look very clean. Keith answered all my questions. He even cleaned under a small dresser without being asked to do it. We are pleased with the results and will recommend your service to our friends. And special thanks to Jody Dean with KLUV who advertised the $79 special. It fit right in our budget.

I have had Zerorez clean our carpet several times.........always courteous workmen, usually prompt, they do not waste any time getting the job done and our carpets look like new each time they are cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez offers a variety of services in addition to carpet cleaning. I have used them to clean my sofa and plan to have them clean my kitchcn tile soon. I trust them to do a thorough job each time. They don't cut corners and my carpet always looks brand new after they've been cleaned by Zerorez. The carpet always dries quickly too, which is a plus since I have children and pets. I will never use another company to clean my carpets. I am a devoted Zerorez fan!
