The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was very professional and the carpets looked great!
Everyone is very friendly and polite, from the people who answer the phones to the technicians that clean the carpets. This is the second time I have used zerorez, and I am
very pleased with the results.
Travel areas not resolved. Carpet only 7mos old. Feel as if a better job could've been done.
Your company gave me an arrival time between 11:00am-1:30pm. The technician didn't show up until 3:30pm and even when he showed up acted like nothing was wrong. In my mind it was very unprofessional, not to mention the guy seemed to continually try to "sell us" on your company and the right way to treat our carpet. While I'm sure he knew what he was talking about in regards to carpet, his arrogant attitude from the start made us uninterested. We also ended up paying $100 more than what we were quoted which was not ok! In the end I wasn't pleased with the carpet cleaning itself, the amount of money I paid for it, the technician or your company. We won't be using your company again nor will we recommend you to a friend or business.

The service and cleaners were nice, quick and clean. However, I paid $75 extra for pet treatment and once the carpet dried, it is still stained and still smells like pet urine.

The "very likely" score is predicated on the hope is that your products will sustain themselves and not be a "great look" sensation that lasts about as long as a dozen roses. So we will see. As far as the services go I do like the process: Catherine (sp?) was extremely polite, helpful and accurate with her description, pricing, and scheduling. She said she would make a note for the record to have us be the 1st call of the day, which we needed for personal reasons, and you guys came through. The other atypical but pleasant surprise was the well-schooled technician. Roy knew your products, the market (the competition), and he worked extremely hard.

They were an amazing! They were courteous to not only us but to each other as well and very fun to work with. We will certainly be using this company again and we will be requesting the same two gentlemen that we had. Thank you so much!!

Appointment time. I called 3 weeks before and got a window of 8:30- 10:30 am which was exactly what I needed. When the confirmation call came in the time had been changed to 11 to 1. The tech left a sprayer at a previous job and that then took more time. It ended up taking the whole day. When you give a client a time- keep that time.

Really did the trick, as we have animals and the carpets were in dire need of some TLC. Reagan was very nice and did a great job, taking the time to demonstrate how the service works. Would definitely recommend Zerorez!

The carpet still did not look all one color (clean), I have used a "rug doctor" type cleaner and had better results. The carpet was still wet the next morning which I have never had with any cleaning company and I also did not get the $100 Fullers Jewelry store voucher as advertised on the radio.
