Excellent customer service.
Carpets not a clean as expected. Some spots that are not stains are still there - Sorry but felt that Stanley Steamer did a better job.
Although the rug appears to have been cleaned properly the service regarding the return was not handled well. We were told the rug would be returned around 9 one morning. They were to call ahead of time. My husband stayed home to wait for the rug. At 10:30 we had not heard from anyone and I called to check. I was told that there was a mix up at the warehouse and it would be delivered between 11 and 1 or I could change the date. Since my husband was at home from work I said to go ahead and deliver. Finally at around 1 I heard from someone and they said it would be another 30 min. Then they did not show and I called and was told they got lost and would be there in 15 min. When the rug arrived my husband had them bring it in and leave immediately. He had wasted an entire day. We understand mix up may happen but we should have been called at 9 or whenever they discovered the mix up and been given a new time frame. Customer service was lacking and I will hesitate to recommend based on that.

I like the Zerorez concept of carpet cleaning with no residue.
After being dissatisfied with the cleaning of my den carpet a month ago- I was pleased that someone was sent to inspect the cleaning and that he cleaned the room again doing a more thorough job of removing dirt in traffic areas.

My carpet looks as new as the day it was installed. Max, our Service Tech, was the best! I would recommend him to my closest friends. Max was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He is a truly nice guy who represents the company well.
I did a lot of research before choosing Zerorez. Their cleaning method and price points are the best in the business. When I called to schedule an appointment, the young lady on the phone did not engage in any pressure sales tactics. Nor did Max try to upsell me any additional services when he was cleaning my carpets. Zerorez was a superior experience from beginning to end!
Carpets look great. No residue left behind is a plus.
No odor, fresh scent, looks great even with 14 yr. old carpeting, the persons who have cleaned my carpets have been courteous, friendly, prompt, thorough, very neat appearance, and explained exactly what they would do, did it, and were finished in a timely manner.
The person who came to clean the carpets explained the procedure and what would be used, in detail before starting.
I love the way my carpet looks.....love the clean smell.....and cleaning lasts a good while!!! Your technician Nick was very professional, polite, friendly, and worked diligently. He is a great representative of your company.

Your products work very well, but your technicians great! and go the extra mile to make the whole experience easy for the customer....asking if everything is ok, can they help move articles back their place etc.

Professionalism and results. We asked for quotes on sofa, loveseat, recliners, dining room chairs, and tile... the prices were higher tjan we expected so if there are any specials, please email it to me.
My serviceman, Joel, arrived on time, was very amenable to moving some furniture, made valuable suggestions and, most importantly, didn't try any high pressure tactics inferring that I needed to buy extra services. The carpet results were excellent,too! Thanks, Joel!
Your commitment to make it right. The first job I had was a whole house clean with a couch cleaning as well. It was the last job of his day, and although he was extremely energetic and a very hard worker, he was exhausted and there were a few areas that needed redoing. Your service manager came and went over the couch and those few areas and it was perfect. Fantastic job!
Ron, my service agent, was excellent. He was informative about new products (lifetime air filter) and concerned that I was pleased with the service. Will definitely call again to have my carpet cleaned by Zerorez.
