I love how clean my carpets get without using harmful soap or chemicals. No matter what the condition of my carpet is before cleaning, it always looking like new after without any residue.
The guys who came out to clean our carpets were Very professional and knowledgable.

Duct cleaning rushed at end of job, they failed to clean three duct covers. I spent 2 hours cleaning what was supposed to have been a "cleaning" job. I paid $350.00 to get the job done. It was worth $275.00. Carpet cleaning was done well.

Used Zeroez for years now, always a great job
I don't see much different than any other carpet cleaning company we used on the result. We still see few spot, although it get dry quicker after washed. Still think its over price not like what we heard from the radio ad as well, "Marketing trick"!
Disappointed that we didn't get 4 Hawaiian Falls ticket like the advertisement we received in mail when we called and still pay the same price??? wonder if the ad is only phishing mails/ just to trick us to use zerorez???
Efficiency. Clean. Friendly. Not pushy. Very informative about capabilities to serve us as repeat clients. The price is right! The tile floor in our kitchen is so clean and bright now! Thanks to Randy and Tim! Job well done!
Everything seemed great the day of the cleaning, but the next day the pet smell was back in one of the rooms. Your service is WAY expensive for that kind of results.
They way yall call and confirm and then the person who does the work also calls and confirms when he/she will be there. I also really love the way our carpets look when the tech is done. This was the third time that we have used your serves and the third tech that I have worked with - each one has been great! Very respective, professional and helpful. I really appreciate how helpful this last tech was and how he went out of his way to provide the best service.
Clearly the technicians care about their work and are as helpful as possible when providing service. I also like that I could put my furniture back in place only a few hours after the technician was finished. There was no chemical smell so I knew my carpets weren't harmed.
I like the no residue aspect best.
I called your company to clean my carpets because of an advertisement on the radio. I expected to receive a $100. gift certificate, but when I called and spoke to a supervisor by the name Edwin he explained because the price was negotiated due to me purchacing air filters it negated the gift certificate. The promotion was for $89. I spent $320. and was never told by me spending more it negated me getting my gift certificate. I do not feel this is a good way to handle business! I'm seriously thinking of canceling my order for the air filters at this point.
After paying $450+ for service I was dissatisfied with, I have been unable to get a satisfactory resolution and have yet to have someone from the corporate office return my call after leafing a message a week and a half ago.
To make it right, I would like the full cost of our treatment refunded and something done about the pet smell that was only made worse with pet treatment. (We were never told it might not work or that there were too many spots for it to work. I was only told this when the field service manager came out to look at it.)
