I like the feel of the carpet after the treatment and that the smell completely disappears after a while. The technicians have always been very personable and helpful when treating our home.
I was very pleased with my carpet and tile cleaning.
Service man arrived on time. He was courteous and explained everything well. Carpets look great, had some old stains and they were all addressed and carpet looks like new. Thank you Ray!!
With the "add on's" the cost was much higher that similar services I have used. Because I asked for an additional room when I placed the order, I paid $45, instead of the $15 I was offered on-site. Most importantly, the "salesman" who came with the carpet cleaner lied when he said, "just this morning, we were told we can charge $15/room instead of $30." Because of this deception, I cannot trust this company and I will not recommend them.

I was very disappointed when I received the receipt for cleaning. I was not home and my husband did not know the arrangement. I was charged an additional $25.00 for cleaning a SMALL closet that was supposed to be included. This is a very small garden home. I'm really hoping for a credit.

EXTREMELY impressed by the bio-removal products and the extraction devices. The steaming and professional service restored our 10 year old carpet to 'As New' again. Our room with the worst damage has been recovered and restored to a wonderful place to stay in.

Be more reapinsive. Scheduled an appointment online but still had to tall to someone to schedule then multiple calls to get the actual scheduled time.

the technician showed up without calling 30 minutes in advance so we were caught off guard. other than that I'm pleased with the work he did. He was professional and friendly.
Aa told rug would take 2 weeks to clean and return but it took 6 weeks
Products: No Chemicals, No Residue, Cleans the carpet and pet stains. We have a 15 year old Jack Russell and work a lot of hours and not able to get home in time, so we do have accidents on the carpet. You can tell the product works on the pet stains.
Service: Outstanding, Max was our technician, I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and he was fantastic.
Answered all my questions and new the product, how it worked explained what he was doing, very professional.
