I liked how they went through with a black light and showed me things about my carpet I didn't know. We had a lot of pet urine stains from pets that lived here 3 years ago - gross! We went with the high pH cleaning which should have removed a lot of that. Te carpets looked and smelled great after the cleaning.
I just wish I could go through the carpets now with that same black light to know the money we spent really did do something.
We are very pleased of the quality of service, the carpet is clean, the representative who came was cordial and punctual! Keep up the great job.
I like the Zerorez process for cleaning, not using detergents or harsh chemical that could be left in my carpets. I'm very pleased with the results, before Zerorez I believed I would have to replace all my carpets. After the cleaning that was no longer the case. The Zerorez Tech did an outstanding job!

Took one month to clean which seems awfully long,
They brought back the wrong rugs at first - would have thought they kept track of which rugs belong to whom better
When brought back after cleaning the rugs were rolled & tied but would think the rugs would be wrapped to stay clean - just thrown in back of dirty truck

The technician was Kyle Rogers. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well and got the work done quickly and completely. Most of all he cared about what he was doing. We will be contacting Zerorez in the future with other work.

There was no strong order left behind from the cleaning solution.
It really cleaned my carpets and several weeks after it remains clean. Other companies we have used in the past they would clean the stains and then they would come back within a couple of weeks.
Carpets were clean, lack of "perfume" odor, helpful and friendly technicians who explained the process thoroughly.

Clean, well trained worker [Anthony] went beyond what was asked for or expected so that we would have the best carpet cleaning that we have ever had. The carpet did take longer to dry that we had wanted, but the carpet did dry by the next day. Thank you!
Carpets feel clean after the service.
I asked for a morning appt. And when confirmed 2 days before the time I 1s given was 11-1:30. The guy did not arrive until 12:15. I was also told I would get a phone call with an ETA before the cleaning guy arrived, that did not happen and I was almost not here. Was also told it would take 4-6 hours to drive, 9 hours later it was still somewhat wet.
