No chemicals. The guy who did it was very professional and nice.
PROBLEM: Carpet still has mud on it and doesn't look shampooed. At all!
I am repeat customer. The other times I've been very pleased. THIS TIME the guy had a hot date or was over booked with a 20 minute deadline to complete the whole project. Quantity first is not the same thing as quality first. He was there just to do a light wetting and vacuuming just to leave tracks in the carpet to say "it's done"! Compared to my previous experiences, THIS was NOT a good shampooing job in any definition and NOT worth the money!
NEGATIVE: I was so displeased with the shampooing I asked him to go over the most walked area again between the kitchen/livingroom. He lightly touched again going over the same area only changing the furrow pattern. Again, I was so displeased, I immediately went to Albertsons, rented their shampooer, took it home, shampooed a small strip in front of the kitchen/living area where he "shampooed twice". The mud in the Albertson's shampooer was a lot! The area showed much cleaner. It's not my "old stained carpet". It was a bad shampoo job.
SOLUTION: Shampoo my carpet RIGHT.
POSITIVE: He was early, and he did leave good furrows in the carpet like show homes have!

I was not happy with the tech trying to upsell and give me excuses for why the carpet (which is less than 2 years old) did not look as if it had been touched in some areas. I was not impressed and not pleased.

I love everything about zerorez. I love the professionalism they portray. I love how they keep me, the customer, updated on their arrival time. I love that they communicate how their products and services work upfront. I love that everything is all natural and there aren't any harsh chemicals that could make me, or my pets, sick. I love that for a small cost I get new carpets without having to pay for new carpets. I have never had a bad experience with Zerorez and will continue to recommend them to family and friends!

Your tech upsold my wife to $400.00 plus. If I were there that wouldn't have happened. She said he was there less than 2 hours. I don't think ill be using you in the future. You shouldn't do business this way.
