We used Zeroez many times in the past. We liked this. This time we were disappointed. We felt like we wasted money. The person who came just skimmed through and did not do a good job. We will not call ZeroRez again.

My technician Paul was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Polite, courteous, happy!! He showed me everything along the way, what he was doing and why. He left the house exceptionally clean, I have never seen my tile look so good!! My carpet also looks like new! Thank you Paul!!

Everything was great! He came in and was very efficient. Very professional.

The Service Tech was on time and explained the entire cleaning process to me before he began. He explained that the main cleaning solution was water but that I could get an additional deodorant to treat any pat stains present in the carpet. All furniture had been moved before his arrival so he was able to bring in his equipment. He explained that the entire cleaning process should not take more than two (2) hours and that I should turn on the ceiling fan to help dry the carpet. Overall, I was very pleased with the services provided by the Service Tech as well as the look of the carpet in the rooms cleaned. Thank you.

The young man who represented your Company and came to clean to bedroom carpets was very informative and really knew what he was doing. An excellent representative of your Company. The carpets came out looking very much better. I would, and have already, recommended Zerorez to family and friends.

Once the ceramic floor and grout in our utility room was dry (the next day), the grout was still mostly as dirty as it was before cleaning! When Zerorez cleaned our MUCH older kitchen floor in our old home in Plano years ago, we were pleasantly surprised at how new and clean the grout was, so I called you to do the same in my one-year-old new home in McKinney. Unfortunately, the result is the floor and grout basically look the same, so it was a complete waste of money (and I tipped the worker $20 cash, but the floor was still wet and he said when it dried it would be clean). Total waste of a day waiting for him, and $150. I will be posting reviews online soon.
