Our technician was great. He was very thorough and when I found a spot that needed to be retreated, he came back no charge and made sure everything was perfect.
Although the service was very good, I never received a call letting me know the technician was on their way. It was a little inconvenient having to wait for a 2 hour window and have zero heads up of when they were coming. I have several pets and my 9 month pregnant wife had to quickly put them up without any notice.
3 1/2 hours late, higher quote than promised, rude customer service!

They're reprentative that clean my carpet did a very good job. He was very informant and he took his time and did a great job.
Carpet appeared to be clean while still wet.However when dry the stains were still there.Waste of money.I don’t believe stains can be removed.Don’t know if you offer any type of refund.
Fast and efficient.
Our first technician omitted some of the "care of the home" steps the second technician used and I didn't know to look/ask for them (corner bumpers to protect paint which got trashed, sadly and required repainting as well as shoe booties to keep wet/dirty footprints off the wood floors between carpets/rugs which then needed cleaning).
Also, it seems to me all technicians should be as versed in spot removal as the second one we had were. The first did warn that spots "may reappear during the drying process" but if that's the case, why not treat properly to begin with?

I was skeptical that any carpet cleaning would be very effective. Our carpet is still very new, but my husband wears shoes in the house. I do not. Plus we have a long haired double coated shepherd. I vacuum every day because she sheds a great deal. The carpet was pretty clean, as the service person showed me the dirty water resoivoir. When he got to our 5 x 8 rug in the main living area, I knew it would be really really dirty. We have laminate and tile everywhere else. That rug, as he cleaned it, the water turned mud colored. That's when I knew it really worked. It was dry in a very short time. No leftover smells or odors. We were able to put furniture back in 3 hours.

The cleaning of our three rooms took less than 45 minutes and dried in a couple hours.
