We heard about Zerorez on KLTY 94.9 Radio. I liked the ease of scheduling the appointment, knowing what the charges would be, and being able pre-paying for the service. Technician called before he came to the house and arrived on time. Tech was professional and explained what he would be doing and about how long he would be at the home. The results were amazing and we were very pleased with the service.
Bobby and Dylan did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet, rugs and tile floor and grout. It looks like a brand new house! We have used Zerorez every year for the last decade, and they are always consistent with their results and customer service. Thank you, Zerorez!

Pet urine treatment is ridiculously overpriced. I have used ZeroRez several times in past and this is by far worst service. Spent almost 1000 total for two different trips out to my house within a couple day period and never did get all the rooms treated like i wanted. refused to pay the ridiculous price to do the rest of the rooms. 1st tech and the customer service rep also had poor communication and misleading info. 2nd tech did a good job but hands were tied. Wont use them again.
Service technician was super friendly, very knowledgeable. Recommended helpful upgrades for troublesome spots. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. I’ve already recommended to a few neighbors and friends
Carpet was not as clean as in the past when you have cleaned
Always prompt, reasonable and technicians are polite. I must brag on the technician, Buddy, that cleaned my carpets this time. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable (answered all my questions) and did an excellent job. My old carpets look new again. I always call Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs - they seem to stay clean longer than with other companies I’ve used.

Our technician was great and very friendly & efficient. My only complaint is that the pricing is confusing. There was an unexpected service fee, a higher-than-expected fee for a “3 room special” (when we only had two rooms done), but then a holiday discount at the end. I think the pricing should be more streamlined, simple, and transparent to avoid customer confusion after service.
