The last two times we’ve had a couple issues but nothing w the employees that were here. More like an upper management or whoever plans their days? The first time they didn’t show up during scheduled time and I got an emailed receipt that our service was complete but they never came. Had to call and they made it out later that day. And yesterday two vans came and one had to leave and head all the way to
Ft worth. Said something happened to his route. I felt bad he had to drive alllll the way to ftw after he got here.

My carpet was stained once the carpet dried. It took about 36 hours to finally dry. I had to use a carpet cleaner/vacuum and re-clean to remove the residue that was left. I don’t understand what I actually paid for.
The primary technician was knowledgable and had very good communication skills. THe two were efficient and effective in performing their duties.
