You did a great job. Still have a little "sticker shock" from the difference between the price quoted and the actual cost. I understand we had a lot of pet stains that need to be treated. $60 per spot just seems excessive. I think the person that takes the reservation should be a little clearer on the cost they quote vs. the cost you should expect. Again, it looks like you did a great job but the total cost will likely cause me to interview other companies before making a decision next time. The $60 per spot seems to be a lot of "upsell" and I'm not a fan of upselling.

Prompt service. Did not push unnecessary products.
The scheduling. I was originally scheduled for Friday from 1-3 but no one called and I called at 2:45 and had to be rescheduled for Saturday between 1-3. The Saturday call came around 11 and the cleaner was there at 11:30. He was very professional and cleaned the carpet in a reasonable amount of time. Again scheduling needs to be improved.
This was my second time to use Zerorez. I had a better experience the first time. All the stains I wanted cleaned on my couch are still there after the cleaning and there’s a sticky feeling left on the fabric and the wood floor around the furniture cleaned. I understand that you’re not able to get all stains out but I would hope some of them. The technician was very nice and professional, he did a great job. I just believe I need to try something else to get the stains out.
Robert was awesome. Love how well he cleaned my carpets and got out stains that previous techs could not get out! Wish I can have him as my tech each time I use Zerorez!

Not all the spots were removed. Left equipment in my garage. I assume you all need it back.
Paul the Technician was awesome , but the trainee was making weird comments.. and basically didn’t see him do too much. The mixture from the cleaning was left on the driveway! Fibers and dirt and soap residue, looked like strands of grey filth.
I have been a member of the Zerorez family for many years. The techs do a great job, They are friendly and extremely polite.
