The person came on time gave me the warning call and did a good job was really efficient
We have had the same technician twice. He is on time, polite, expedient and is good at explaining the options and processes.
I just thought my couch getting cleaned was going to remove the stains in my couch. I had my couch cleaned and I can’t tell anything even happened. Realistically my very white couch was already in great shape before my technician arrived, it only had a few darker areas from where I had been sitting for so many years. I thought this would be easily removed but I can still see the spots. My technician was very nice and professional and courteous, but I just can’t tell anything was done. I paid $250 and my couch is now sanitized but doesn’t looks any better. I’d like my money back.

The cleaning process that Zerorez uses is different from other companies because you don’t use soap. This keeps my carpets cleaner for a longer period of time. Your service men are so professional and do a great job. Also, my carpets dry quickly which means that they take the time to continue absorbing the wetness. I only use Zerorez and have done so since the company first starting radio advertising in DFW.

The technician was great! He went the extra mile to get the job done and our carpets look wonderful. Our dog had been sick and made a huge mess in our bedroom. I did my best to clean it but it was still badly stained. The products that Zerorez used removed all of the stains.

Technician Ricardo G did an awesome job cleaning our ducts & dryer vent. He was pleasant, thorough & texted me before & after pictures AND videos. I was at work but my husband was home so Ricardo kept me abreast via the pictures & videos. When he completed the work, he vacuumed the floors & cleaned up. We were extremely pleased with Ricardo’s work.
