Julian was very professional in the cleaning of our home!
The customer service is great! Julian explained everything to me in great detail. He provided me with necessary information to get the best outcome from the service.
I was disappointed by how expensive the pet odor treatment was and my room still smells like dog urine. Also, the carpets were so wet it took over 8 hours for them to be somewhat dry, although there were still damp areas. This is with fans and heaters going in all rooms.
Most likely would not recommend.

Zerorez was fantastic! Easy to schedule, tech called when enroute, arrived on time, very polite and professional. Carpets and tile were spotless, they even found and removed previous renters dog urine. Don’t hesitate, just schedule!!

You changed the agreed upon cleaning and then your staff member told me “you just want a free rug cleaning “ …not good when you insult a customer who had no idea this was happening
My living room is the highest traffic area in my home and you did not even do a 50% clean of it even though I agreed to some up charges in other areas of the house in order to enable you to earn more and then at the end of the appointment refused to clean my living room area
You have been here before 2 TWICE and NOONE EVER MENTIONED THE RUG THERE WOULD COST MORE and then throughly cleaned it in the past
The associate didn't clean the areas I asked for. Literally, it needs to be done again. I paid $600 and the job was not done completely.

I called & texted asking about the cost of treatment for pet accidents. Was told it was only $20-$30 more. And that technician could tell me more. Well technician (who was very professional) says the treatment that really works for my carpet is $75 a GALLON!! We probably need 6-7 gallons. Then the room cost is an additional $50.
YIKES my estimate skyrockets. Had 4 gallons used which he said he’d work to make the difference. Room still has an order.
The master bedroom closet took 72 hours to dry.
If I’d been informed ahead of time of the potential cost of $75 a gallon I would have been more prepared. Your practices smack of “bait & switch”.
The technician Buddy was very professional so my low rating is not about him.
Onice my carpet dried, it was apparent that it wasn’t clean at all. The only areas of ‘improvement’ were the ones that I requested be re-cleaned several times. I was more successful at cleaning the spots myself. The ‘cleaning’ only served to ensure that all the soap was lifted - which it largely was. Very disappointing. A huge waste of time, effort and money.
The tech was great! Service went well. For a 10 you would need to lower your prices.

Zerorez scotch guard are carpets. It left our home with fresh scent nothing a store bought scented spray or candle could do. I'm very happy with their service of shampooing carpet, grout cleaning sealing and scotch guarding carpets. They are punctual, professional, friendly and very affordable. I've used them for years. Very happy customer.
