This is my second time using Zerorez for carpet cleaning and just as before you guys did not disappoint. John the technician was on point with everything. He did a walkthrough and explained to me what he will be doing and ask did I have any questions or concerns.
It took only one hour to clean three rooms and walk-in closet. At the end he told me about the all the orher services you guys offered. Job well done and my carpet looks great!
They are always on time, professional and do a great job. The only thing I would prefer is that they drop back a little on the upselling. I'm ok with a little education but when I say I'm good, I'm good!!

I forgot the representatives name but he was the best customer service I’ve received in years. Very prompt. Very detailed with his communication and analysis. Worked with us and gave us a correct amount with no surprise fees. Knowledgable to the max. Simple competence alone is so hard to come by these days so when someone is exceptional at their skills and service, i was just about ready to give him all of my money! I just checked the house a week later and he did an amazing job. I believe it was a name that started with a J. Maybe Hispanic. Completed work at 355 Armstrong Lane in Lavon TX.

This was my first time using Zerorez. I’m renting the house that had cleaned. I have not lived in a home with carpet for a very long time therefore I have not had to deal with cleaning my carpets. I thought the carpet cleaning machines I was renting from the grocery store were doing an amazing job keeping my carpets clean and fresh, but boy was I wrong.
The technician from Zerorez was phenomenal. He explained the process to me in full detail. He explained the importance of certain procedures that I had declined to purchase and how they would make the carpet cleaning even more enjoyable. I am glad he explained the importance of the biological cleaning since I have pets in my home. I don’t think the results would have been as good without it.
All in all, this was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. The Zerorez method is by far superior to any other carpet cleaning method I have ever utilized. I highly recommend this company and will be utilizing their services every 6 months.

I was amazed at how Zerorez was able to get all the old pet stains from my carpet. Good value with the 3 rooms + free walk-in closet for $109, though the additional $25 service fee is somewhat descriptive. I will absolutely use them again for cleaning my floors in the future.

We have a pet that had an accident on our carpet. When the tech came the first time they flushed the area and used the topical spray. Unfortunately soon after it drying the smell was very profound. Another tech was sent out a week later to treat the same areas, and again after flushing and deodorizing the areas, the smell persists. The smell does not come up till the area dries but comes back just as strong.
I am not happy with the appearance of my carpet it looks all matted down it’s appearance looks like it’s still dirty. My carpet was installed almost a year ago. You came highly recommended and that is why I called on your service but I am not happy with what I got!!
