Our service technician was very good. We were pleased with his service. However trying to get our service scheduled, the poor communication, and them cancelling on us the day of our cleaning was very disappointing. We had to be rescheduled to a time the next day that we had actually originally asked for. They did not call the correct phone number and when I sent an email to the email address listed on the website, no one ever responded. So…based on that, a “5” rating is actually generous.

My technician was extremely thorough with the cleaning and in letting me know what the process would entail.

Be on time

The staff arrived early. They gave a call asking if it was OK to do so. He was very thorough in explaining the product and cost. Once everything was agreed upon, he was able to complete the cleaning quickly and then cleaned everything up. He was great to work with, and the price was competitive.
