We are very pleased with the professionalism and job that was completed for us.

From beginning to end, the customer service and product were 100% satisfactory. Scheduling was easy. A pleasant rep answered the phone and I had an appointment in less than 10 minutes. The technician who came to my home, Dylan, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing the process and pricing of cleaning area rugs and even informed me that I had a valuable rug - I didn't even know it! The carpet cleaning was efficient and I had clean carpets without any harsh chemicals or orders. I do not have one single complaint or less than positive experience. 100% recommend the service.

The technician completed the job quickly, but almost too quickly as the carpet was not clean. We didn’t notice until the carpet dried. The other technicians usually take their time cleaning, but this technician rushed through the job so quickly that quality just flew right out of the window.
Technician was very polite and professional. He did a great job and I am very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this company to friends sand will have them back when I need more cleaning.

My technician was on time, very professional, and helpful and proficient. However, I was very upset the day before when my 3:00pm appointment was cancelled by Zerorez.
The appointment was for 3:00pm, and the office called and cancelled at 3:15. This was especially problematic. because I am disabled, and I had people lined up to help me put everything back in place the next day. This meant rescheduling everyone (and disrupting their schedule without much notice), as well as me having to sleep on the couch for two nights instead of one (my bed had already been dismantled by the time I was notified).
To make matters worse, I did not even receive an apology. The person who called me did not seem to care. It seems that there might have been a better way to handle this situation!
Fabien is by far the best carpet cleaning specialist I’ve worked with. I’ll continue to use zerorez as long as he’s with you!

EVERY THING!!!!!!!!!!!! My technician was FABULOUS as well. I have been a loyal custom for 20 Years and always tell my friends and acquaintances about how they need to give them a try, but after all these years, now almost everyone is already a fan.
I have white carpet in 5 rooms and a hall way and most of them are over twenty years old and still look great because of using Zerorez at least once a year.
I should tell you though that I am "Pet free" and don't have small children any more, so that is helpful as well.
