My carpet is clean, and the workers were very polite.
The 3 hr window did not work bc you were 30-40 min late. So I waited around for nothing. What would have worked better for me is a 30-min heads up call before you show up. That way I can run errands or go to work or whatever, but I have 30 min to get home to meet you. That way nobody’s time is wasted.

Removed almost all spots from badly soiled carpet. Technician (Nelson I think) was polite and answered all our questions. He finished entire job quite fast. Very pleased and will be using your services again.

The tech was rushing through . We had them come back . They sent the same lazy tech who was now irritated to come back . He rushed again. For almost $500, I am definitely not impressed .
