Our carpet looks brand new! I’ve used ZeroRez several times and everything about our experience has been top notch. Highly recommend.
I felt it was rushed and some higher traffic areas didn't get the extra attention. I thought zerorez was something different in the carpet cleaning industry. I was very underwhelmed and disappointed as it was just another very over priced carpet cleaning company

Dwight (Sam) is knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything in detail. He said that if I wasn't satisfied to call the office and he would come back out. I should have purchased the product the first round like he suggested. He did return within a few days to redo some spots. Everything is great.

I would like to suggest when an client request your service to ask about if have spots that need to be removed. Tell what kind of treatment that you recommend and give the estimated price this could be more or less. To avoid frustration when the person in charge tells you need to change separate $60 for each room. I am satisfied with the job that was done. Thank you.

Excellent job. Rico was very thorough and even discovered some mold on the drum of my ac unit. Did a great job of cleaning and disinfecting. Looked like new. He took pictures and showed me the before and after pictures of my vents.
Javier is the BEST!! He is very well spoken and extremely professional in his interactions. His cleaning job was impeccable. And he took good care to protect my brand new baseboards in the process.
