We do like that it drys relatively quickly!! The issue that we are having presently is that even though our carpet was cleaned in our primary bedroom to get rid of the dog smell, the dog odor seems to be worse. Not sure what to do.

Quick drying
1. Technician called me prior to arrival. In fact, he was bit early which worked out for me well.
2. He was very courteous, explained the charges and the final total prior to starting the work. So no surprises at the end.
3. He completed the work well and cleaned up real nice.
I like that Zero Rez always has great quality people working for them. John Behrmann was our tech this time and he was wonderful!!!
I also like that you all don’t put a lot of soaps or chemicals into my rugs.

I liked everything about the service!! Nelson, our tech was awesome!! He looked at the rooms and let me know exactly what he was going to do. We had stains from before we moved into our house and they are gone! We will definitely use Zerorez again.
Everything is clean, but has no clean scent. Prices were pretty high and I didn't appreciate the extra $25 charge

However, I would give Alberto a 10 for calling ahead and for initially ensuring that I was left without any worries. I have to give it a 5 now as he told me that I should get the pet treatment to avoid the smells that could come up from not getting this treatment. Nothing was mentioned about 1 versus 2 gallons, only the additional $60 for the pet treatment service which I agreed to in hopes of avoiding a smell. My frustration is with the small that was left and the amount of back-and-forth text arguments I had with the Zerorez customer service. I understand that the waiver I signed says two gallons were declined though not knowing what that means it didn't mean anything to me. Additionally, as the services also noted they are not guaranteed to get rid of stains or smells I am now left with carpet that smells ten times worse than it did before and I have been told that I should have gotten the extra gallon but even if I do it is not guaranteed to get rid of the smell. Not sure why I would do this if this would also not guarantee anything. My best option at this point is to do it myself or just rip out the carpet to get rid of the smell that was left behind after the Zerorez service. I do not recommend this service based on my experience.
