Prices are really very high compared to the past. I understand things have gone up but for the price of one larger area rug we used to be able to get the whole house cleaned. We like the level of cleaning and the process you use but it might be a bit too much to use again in the future. Service is always excellent!

Very professional always kept me updated throughout the process. The product is truly amazing leaves no chemical smell like other carpet cleaning companies and products. The technician was very knowledgeable about the business and the products.

Zerorez has always done a great job. Techs are friendly and usually well versed in stain removal. I love that carpets dry more quickly. Last cleaning was with Dillon and he was so careful to make sure that stains from my cat were cleaned.

I would like to understand why none of the spots came out. The cleaning actually made the spots brighter.

Our $368 estimate ended up being over $1000. I understand pet stains are more costly, but I would assume that’s why most people get their carpets cleaned. That should be something in your questionnaire so the sticker shock wouldn’t be last minute. I had no problem with the price and still would have booked the appointment had I known before the appointment.
And the service person was not rude but wasn’t very personable.
The job was completed and was better, but still had some pet stains left.
