I loved that we were able to call and get on the schedule the same week! The tech was very helpful and showed the difference of what our tile should look like, and what it would look like after it was all cleaned and sealed. I definitely recommend cleaning AND sealing...why would you clean it without having it sealed :-). Highly recommend, the tile in our bathrooms looks so much better.

A whole lot of confusion and miscommunication in the beginning. Granted, I did have an unusual request. More importantly, the carpet did not come clean at one of my homes - both the traffic patterns and some of the pet stains are still visible.

I called asking to clean my top stairs because of recent spilled coffee stain and the armrest of a chair. i said i had a coupon for 3 rooms/$109., the spokesperson I talked with said it would be approximately $130. When the tech came out, he said the stairs and landing would be 2 rooms; the chair arms counted as an entire chair $75.00. But he couldn't get the coffee stain out at all and the stain on the chair arms was worse. The total came to $217. including a $25. service fee that I hadn't known before.
Expensive and not one area I needed cleaned even remotely cleaned! If he couldn't get the stains out; there should have been a price reduction not an increase!!
Time in was about 25 minutes. Technician was polite. Very disappointed

Tech charged me DOUBLE what the lady on the phone stated. I told her I needed my couch done and a pet treatment. Then decided to to my 3 small bedroom with a free hallway. I was charged SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for this. AND I still have stains in my hallway. Will NEVER use them again and I’m going to report to the Better Business Bureau. SO disappointing.

1) I heard an ad on the radio for a special of 4 rooms of carpet cleaned for $99. I went online to schedule that service to find out that you have a $127 minimum. So in reality, I can get 4 rooms of carpet cleaned for $127.00, not $99.00. You can't add anything except stairs to get to the $127.00 minimum. This feels like false advertising and a bait-and-switch tactic.

2) We moved ALL of the furniture out of the living room and den. The technician arrived and started looking at the carpet with a flashlight, "looking for biologics". He hones in on an indentation in the carpet from the leg of a coffee table and tries to convince me that the indentation in the carpet is from pet urine. The dude is actually down on his hands and knees sniffing my carpet trying to convince me that the indentation from the table leg is from pet urine. I assure you there is no way in Hades a hamster could have gotten under the table leg to pee there let alone my 75 lb adult female dog. The tech then hones in on another spot where there is an indentation from a chair and again tries to convince me it is from pet urine. I point out to him that there are FOUR indentations there - one for each chair leg. We have an open-concept floor plan and all of our furniture is sitting in our dining room and kitchen. He then goes on to point out indentations from our couch, a recliner, and another coffee table trying to convince me it is from pet urine.

3) He then tells me that because I am declining to have the so-called "biologics" areas, (i.e. the furniture indentations in the carpet) treated, there will not be a warranty on the service today, and if they have to come out again for any reason it will be the full fee.

I can only assume that he makes a commission on getting people to add on the biologic treatment.

I have used ZeroRez for over a decade but will be finding a new company.
