Tech called ahead and arrived early. Polite and informative. Carpets are very clean. Price is reasonable. So great service at a good price!
Damage to bathroom floor molding and area carpet and pad on hardwood floors wet so carpet and pad moved off hardwood to avoid damage. Carpets and pad were extremely heavy for us old people to move.

The gentleman that came cleaned my tile. He left so much water on the floors that I had to mop the water up several times. It took over 8 hours to dry after that. I texted with the company and they said all they could do was send him back out “ to make it right “ I cleaned it up and didn’t want him back in my house. I told them I was hoping they would refund part of my money but didn’t.
