Technician came to my house on Wednesday. He asked to arrive early and i said that was fine. He did a very quick job - 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas. There was 1 particular stain i was concerned about which was the reason for the initial call. I said it looked like it was still there but he said it was gone. I went to check in the rooms he cleaned and realized he had cleaned around several lightweight things that were in the floor - shoes, a frame, backpack. He didn’t clean under a high desk (bottom was open). I would have appreciated him asking me if i could move a chair as he never gave me the option to clean under the chair or beds. I paid $100 extra to clean an additional room just to have him clean 30 square feet in a 200 square foot room….why would i do that?. He cleaned around a frame in the floor in another room. When i went to get him he was already packed up and asking for a tip. When the stein because more visible as the carpet dries I called that evening at 6:30 (recording says you are open until 7) just to have no way to speak with anyone. Next morning someone calls me to set up another appointment one week later. My house was all torn apart to clear the carpeted areas and they expect us to live like that for a week? How out of touch. Finally they squeeze us in 3 days later. I have to take off work. And now they are going to be at least an hour late. I could have gone to work and been home in time. I have used Towers, Stanley Steamer, Prochem, and other cleaners. I’ve never had this experience. I only used you because we listen to KLTY and my daughter recognized your ad. If you want to make things right, I would like to be refunded but I’m doubtful that will happen. . This has taken up 4 days of my week. And cost me $250 vs the $100 advertisement. And the stain is still there and it still smells horrible Which indicates to me the cleaning process doesn’t work.

I was not informed about a $25 service fee!!! You charged me without my knowledge!!!!

Carpets were cleaned okay. Still had a couple spots left that I was able to remove with a little elbow grease.

I really don't understand why you go over each area only one pass. Seems like you could do 2-3 passes on every area and be more thorough.

My technician was early for his appointment time. I received a message asking if it was ok which of course it was. He was very friendly and very professional. I've been a customer of Zerorez for over 20 years for a reason. I love that after they are done there is no crispy carpet or soap smell. Not to mention it is safe for my furbaby.

Mario with ZeroRez was quick, friendly, and efficient. On the day of my appointment, he called me to ask if I was okay with him showing up early due to a cancellation. I was available, and he was at my house within 15 minutes of the phone call. We've had some issues with pet messes recently, and he explained my options well and was not pushy about adding on any additional services, which I greatly appreciated. It was a bit pricier than some other companies I had previously spoken with, but the experience with ZeroRez was far more pleasant and efficient, which makes it worth the extra cost, in my opinion. I will be using ZeroRez from now on for carpet cleaning and am considering using them for air duct cleaning as well due to how pleasant and easy the carpet cleaning experience was.

This is my third time using Zerorez throughout the years, and I've been satisfied by the results. From my area rugs, to my furniture, it feels like I have just purchased them, because they came out like new!

Attention to details when quoting prices to customers. The quote I received over the phone was not the price I paid when the rep came to my house. Same exact work I explained over the phone was not calculated correctly when given the quote.
