Need to pay Attention of what you are servicing. The guy did not do a good job. He did not even rack my carpet so it looks like new. Also what ever he used did not clean the carpet at all.

I will start with how very reasonable your prices are and how professional and friendly the staff are. This last service I received was also great, however, it took less than 30 minutes to do 3 rooms and a hall. I pointed out some areas that needed extra love. They are much cleaner than before but some dirt remains (to the naked eye). A little extra love was needed in just that one area, in my opinion. It also seems that the first couple of times I received cleanings, the tech brought carpet fans. I have some fans that I placed around my house, so that wasn't a game changer. Just spending a little more time on the job I think would result in a finer end result.
