Have used this company 3 times so far. They respond quickly, have great customer service and do an excellent job in cleaning my carpets.
The spot treatment bleached the carpet in every spot sprayed! It will keep me from getting my deposit back when I move out.
The pricing was misquoted. Plus, I was no told up front spot treatment was extra- I’m sorry I paid for it.

your sales person said nothing about a service fee. That was 25% more that the the original charge. you should tell the customer upfront not after the job is done!

Our Zerorez person was awesome & so was the service of Zerorez. They came back to get the smell of dog out of our backroom carpet, but it still smells like dog. My husband went back over it with our Bissell carpet cleaner & it was still incredibly dirty.
I think we might need something more powerful than Zerorez. But you all are amazing at service & so appreciate you all trying. But seemed to make the dog smell worse, not better.

I have been a residential customer for years and have always been pleased with the outcomes. This time, however, I needed a retreat of one area and they refused to do it. Said I needed a restoration company. It would have been helpful if they had informed me of this in the beginning and I would have gone another direction. But now I’m out more money and time, and I still have stinky carpet. The manager who made this decision was Suzanne. Of course, she was not available when I asked to speak to her. Needless to say, I would like my money back so that I can get it cleaned. At this point, I will not use Zerorez again.
